They should fix the drop off the tax return be people dont like drop their taxes off because H&R might lose all their tax stuff how we know that we got our stuff back they should use the desk so people can sit there and watch them use a plastic on the desk if they are afraid of the covid-19 like if you answering those questions do they should be able to in person they should change the they should change the 10 days to 5 days

Excellent service. Staff is very patient and super friendly. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you feel clear and confident about everything, if you need to be. Otherwise, your taxes are in good hands.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. I scheduled an appointment online so I wouldn't have to walk-in and wait. I showed up and was told that Maria Fugnitto was with a client and my wait would be anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. I asked why they bother scheduling appointments if this is how they run their business. Needless to say I left and will never give H&R Block my business.

While all members of the staff at this branch may be friendly, their service is not geared towards your benefit.Firstly, you will start working on filing your documents without any explanation of the process. You will get right into it. At the very end, you will be given your total fee owing - with no breakdown of the cost. There are no written documents or guides outlining the fee. There are packages, but next to each package is a field that reads price _____" with a blank next it.The "tax expert" can expertly tell you what category you fall into

My tax preparer, Andrew was fantastic! He is a Master Tax Specialist...not sure if that's his proper title, but it should be. He was easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable -even with American taxes, explained things amazingly well for me to understand, and he is patient, genuinely interested in helping you. A good, kind guy. I highly recommend him. I'm glad to have met him. Thank-you Andrew!I look forward to working with you again.

Always come to these guys to get my taxes done. They always handle it professionally and explain everything to me. Only rating less than 5 stars because the receptionist of this particular location yesterday didn't seem to know what was going on. Asked if they had time for a walk-in and she spent a good 5 mins staring at her computer screen mumbling to herself inaudibly. Eventually she tells me they have time at 330. I say it's ok that's too late for me and I turn to leave but then all of a sudden they have time right now. So I waited for a minute to be taken in. Thankfully, Andrew Smith was able to turn my visit right around! He handled my return professionally and efficiently. He explained everything I wanted explained and he told me about all my options in regards to obtaining my return. Thank you again Andrew!

If you want your taxes done here anytime soon, go elsewhere. I dropped mine on March 15th, and I called today and the lady said they are just going through the files that were dropped off on the 14th. They are either under staffed for tax season, or way too much files to do. Either way, find a different place so you dont end up like myself waiting for soon to be 2 weeks.

Andrew is an amazing tax and financial resource. He is quick and qualifying and assessing your financial situation and needs. He asks all the pertinent questions that ensured every area of my fiduciary situation was accounted for and covered!
