I suddenly had a lot of grinding in my brakes on the weekend and phoned Departure Bay Automotive Monday morning and they got me in and had my brakes fixed and a battery installed that day. Extremely happy with the service and the price. Will definitely use them again.

Pulled into their parking lot(without an appt) on a Friday morning at 10AM with a starter problem on a company van and within 2 plus hours they had the old starter out, a new starter in and everything ready to go for me. Departure Bay Automotive Service Centre
Stayed open late so I could retrieve possessions from my car. Found out I had a spun bearing which would require a new motor, probably $4500-$5500 approx with labour. The owner found out there was a recall on the vehicle for this problem and advised me to call the dealership, I'm now getting a new motor put in for free with a free rental while I wait. Honest, informed and 35+ years in business, use them!
