Shahba Auto Tire Shop

If I had the choice, I would give him zero stars. I was sold tires as of last year that are over 10 years old. Which are not recommended to be rode safe. I was only to find this out as of this year when it became time to reinstall my winter tires onto my van. When I asked for my money back, they told me that I was lying and I didn’t buy my tires at the shop. This is simply not true. I have a etransfer receipt of $400 that guy transferred to them as proof.I would highly recommend not to get your tires Changed or do any business with this tire shop as they don’t seem to care about people safety.

I feel like these guys played with our safety and didn’t even care. We changed the front 2 tires of our van and they convinced us to go with some used tires instead of the new ones because they were in ‘great condition’. We went for it and we ended up with a blown tire in the middle of our roadtrip. The tire shop we were towed to told us that the tires were from 1999….how can they sell tires that are 23 years old and let us leave with a peace of mind…unbelievable. Cheap, but you definitely pay for it. Thankfully we are both ok but we don’t want other people to make the same mistake as we did.

These guys are a SCAM and a Rip off be CAREFULL!!!!!they put on wrong tires for me, they were winter tires, i noticed the next day, i called and went back next day the owner that doesnt speak english tried to tell me that i should have checked myself it wasnt their fault. they wouldnt even put 2 tires they had there that were all Season proper ones on for me the next day. Stay away from these guys BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! They also over inflated my tires .

I responded to a marketplace ad for a set of used tyres. The shop told me they still had them. I confirmed a price and a time to come pick them up and have them put on. I confirmed that I was on the way and the shop responded with a thumbs up (all on the same day). When I arrived the young guy working there brought me to the storage container where surprise surprise there was no sign of the tyres that I'd came 40 minutes to get. He just said they must be gone. It wasn't the young guys fault and I told him as much, but I messaged the owner back on Facebook to say what happened and that I would have appreciated him letting me know in advance, and I got no response, just a notification that the ad was removed. Complete waste of my time that could have been very easily avoided by actually checking their stock. Would encourage others to save themselves the journey*Responding to shop's reply: everything I said above is exactly how it happened. Don't accuse me of lying to cover up for your mistake. We literally said deal" on messenger that same day and you indicated on messenger that you still had them when I said I was on my way. The alternative offered was a cheap set of Chinese tires that I didn't want to buy as they weren't the ones I came for. You either didn't check your stock or deliberately misled me and wasted my time"

Selection and prices are good! Service was good, and they were very accomodating and , i felt bad that i showed up just before closing, but they helped me replace the tire and recommended where to find an emergency spare tire becuase i broke my emergency spare tire and it's difficult to source. THank you

I had a wonderful experience at Shahba Auto. I needed winter tires and rims assembled and mounted on my vehicle within a short time frame. The team at Shahba auto was incredibly accommodating. They completed all the necessary work within an hour of me calling the shop. Very affordable and fast. I look forward to bringing my car back for future tire needs. Brought my car to this shop 3 times. The last time I brought it in I had 4 tires changed. Was driving normally for about a week then I started to feel some issues with the driving. Continued to inspect the wheels and check the tire pressure. Mistake number one these guys did not put enough tire pressure in the back only 20 psi. Mistake number 2 I noticed which is a very dangerous thing to overlook was that one of the wheel studs was completely broken off. I took it back and talked to the owner about it and he told me the guys that installed the wheel before put the lug nut on that specific stud too tight so they had to break it off to get the wheel off and continue to do the job. Can you believe this answer he gave me. Unbelievable right. They are the ones who worked on the car all three times before and I never took the car to anyone else so it had to be them but the owner of Shahba kept insisting it wasn’t them and said he could do nothing about it. Now I have to go spend an extra 100 dollars to get their mistake fixed. The worst part is I was driving like this for a week or so and apparently it is very dangerous cause the wheel could come off at anytime as your driving. Other than that the fact that the wheel bearing had extra pressure on it running with only 3 lug nuts hence causing premature damage as well. The dishonesty and bad business practice is incomprehensible. Never trust these guys to work on your car otherwise your in for a whole lot of trouble.
