I have had many arrangements made by Kootenay Floral. The most recent this past Saturday for my daughters bridal shower. Lorraine went over & above to put together the most AMAZING arrangement. With flower suggestions, colors and shapes, a gorgeous arrangement came to life! I would so recommend Kootenay Floral!

When I was planning my wedding I immediately contacted Kootenay Floral for my flowers. Lorraine was amazing in creating my dream flowers. She listened to what I wanted, gave me options and made the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. She really understood my vision and made my arrangements look like something out of a bridal magazine. Fantastic service, so friendly, outstanding work. I would travel a long way to get my florals from Kootenay Floral. 10/10

I am always delighted with the flowers from Kootenay Floral and never more so than the arrangements I picked up last week. Despite being busy as always, Lorraine pulled together the most stunning bouquets, and Gail was so lovely, helpful and kind. The primary flowers were accented with smaller, equally fresh blooms, and there was no artless filler, rumpled petals or wilted stems. I’m very grateful for and happy to support this small, women-run business.

Great customer service and beautifully created floral arrangements! I used Kootenay Floral to create a spray for my mother’s funeral service. They went above and beyond creating the perfect piece that was even better than I imagined. They also went out of their way to make sure it was ready on time. I was a recipient of a couple of sympathy bouquets and was so impressed with the quality. The arrangements lasted nearly a month!

The best customer service ever!!! I am from another town and wanted to send something really special to my mom. I ordered an arrangement of 3 different plants. At the time the flower shop was still waiting for some new spring containers.Within a week I was sent pictures of what container I preferred and the next day was sent the final picture of the arrangement for my mom.
