Horrible for rental service, they completely waste your time and post homes on their website as available and let them sit for months, then tell you they are going with someone else about a week after you view it. The Sooke office was awesome but these guys are disorganized in Nanaimo. We saw 2 places and were denied, even though we have excellent references and credit.

They show house available from a month almost and i have applied with all details but they didnt any reponse. I called a number of calls too but no one gives response but it still shows that house is available.
