Sabrina was so great. She explained everything she was doing. She also gave me alot of information on how to better protect my hair. Very friendly. Thanks for such a great job on my hair Sabrina!

Stylist I had seemed very nice but she hardly talked at all the whole time, I was there for 41/4 hours, it felt very awkward.The color I asked for, she did not do, I even showed her a picture yet !! I paid big bucks, my husband said she didnt do a thing different to my hair, thats how bad the stylist did whatever colouring to my hair. Very very disappointingWould not recommend this salon at all !!Definitely wouldn't even go for a haircut either.

I was here for my hair cut almost 2 years, i was too nervous before. But my hair dresser Breanna was so comforting. She asked me what i wanted and it was perfect. I’d most definitely visit her back again and would recommend her for sure.

I really liked chatters for a long time but my last two visits have been pretty poor. They rushed our haircuts, colour and refused to make any changes when we voiced our concerns. Not sure if the girls were having a bad day or what happened but considering both my mom and friend (all regulars) felt extremely uncomfortable during our last visit I don't see us going back anytime soon.

My last disappointing review was for the Polo Park Chatters location.I tried this Chatters on Regent again, and I have to say it was a much, much better experience.Becky is superb. She listens very well to what you want done and takes the time to ask if you want adjustments. Always love a good scalp massage during the washings, that's always a plus.I like that the sinks are right there instead of having to do the awkward walk across the salon to the stylist's chair.The products used are not offensively harsh and smelly. The oily cream she uses for straightening my hair leaves it naturally light and glossy for days.My daughter had Nicole. She says she was also great, communicated well and even asked if there was anything my daughter is allergic to, in terms of chemicals and scents. Very considerate. My daughter said no other hair dresser asked that before. Her hair looks great, Nicole did a lovely job. My daughter was beaming.

This was my first experience visiting Chatters today…..OMG…I love my haircut and Becky did a great job❤️❤️

This place is simply the best. I can never ever in million years think to go somewhere else. I had really long hair and was extremely nervous but Kiana is truely a magician. She is really sweet and knows what she is doing. Thank you Kiana.

Decided to have hair trimmed after postponing for a month due to being sick. Thank you for taking me into your busy schedule for walk-in haircut, feels lighter and no itchy ears. See you next year before I go bowling on Sunday.

I LOOVEE MY HAIR! Chelsey did such an amazing job! I feel so fabulous, she knew what I wanted and made my hair even better than I could have imagined! I only trust Chelsey with my hair now and no one else haha!! Seriously tho, I am so happy and cant recommend her enough!!
