Once again, another company was bought up by a larger company and then provided absolutely no customer care. The reverse osmosis machine was constantly breaking down and they did not have anyone to fix it for a week. This happened a few times. We need a water supply every day across three shifts.When I canceled, they billed me for the remaining few months of the contract and billed $150 to remove the system. We had a contractor remove it so that charge was BS also.Culligan is who we use now and am very happy with.
