Lee was very accomodating about the item Im trying to purchase considering that when I contacted Him it was Fathers day and Im assuming its very unlikely that I would get a response, but to my surprise, He replied right away on a sunday that happened to be fathers day too.Top notch customer service from this guy. He even gave me a further discount on an item thats already discounted. Got my tent and ready to camp anytime soon.

Bought the 270 awning, paint flaking off of vertical poles right out of the box, replacement poles have the exact same problem. Heading into my second camping season and the canvas material is pulling away from the rubber round stock that holds the awning in the aluminum frame rending the product completely useless.

Great tents and products. Rather unimpressed by the quality of the buckles and tie straps for the awning. First time setting It up and tightening the awning straps the buckle snapped clean off... Suggest buying extras

So for starters these are made in China and the quality is OK on a good day. Overall mine was decent off the lot. Few bolts were loose and one on the water tank was missing. I replaced them with stainless anyways and immediately sprayed the frame with fluid film (same with my cars). Swapped the tires with quality Ko2 30”. Every door leaked but with some adjustments and rtv, they no longer leak. Hitch, chains, electrical and kitchen slide out zero issues. Upgraded to an 80ah AGM battery and added MPPT charge controller. Rear box houses a custom kitchen/pantry slide out, rear door has a custom birch drop down table and Dometic fridge slide carrys the 45L fridge. Water pump, water tank and sink are fantastic and all stainless steel. Pulls very nicely, suspension is smooth and off road hitch helps with the smoothness.Now the ugly: the rack didnt make it long before the welds cracked and 1 of 4 broke entirely while 500km from home on a 10 day trip. Luckily being an ex mechanic and I was able to make a camp repair, sleep 2 nights in the rtt and make it home. Welds are sub par and need to all be redone. Otherwise its a decent trailer for the price. Lee is great and make the buying process very simple. Just FYI this trailer needs a good once over before you take it out and a few small trips before a big trip.

I have had my Rooftop tent on my truck now for about 3 years and have no issues, absolutely love it. Can’t wait to upgrade to the new aluminum hard shell tent! The Glacier 2.0. Thanks Lee

Love the awning I purchased, will be purchasing their tent shortly as my friends have purchased Doghouse tents and are loving it. Quality is top notch for the price. No complaints.

Trailers are made in China. Made with very thin metal. Main A frame cracked when towing and was almost fatal. The only reason we caught it in time, the forward box that houses the battery and propane, was slapping on the main storage area.Before that I had to remove the upper frame that carries the tent broke due to the welds that didn't even penetrate both metals that carry the load. I reached out the first time and was compensated. Second time I wrote a email, nothing heard back. I am willing to share pictures to anyone who asks. I havenoteven owned it a year.
