Had my 5x8’ hand braided wool rug washed here. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. Some of the stains seem to have been removed, but the overall cleanliness of the rug was quite poor. There was still a significant amount of dirt and dust deposited between the braids, which I had to remove through vacuuming and beating. Not sure what I paid $116 for.Update: The manager called me and refunded my $116. Apparently she wanted to “cut all ties”. I am happy to take my refund, but this interaction again confirms the one-star review.

Aero was very professional from start to finish, they arrived on time ( even early ) , the carpets here were extremely dirty ( and they look so clean and new now) I would recommend them if you are looking for a efficient, professional company. The picture below - bottom half ( before cleaning) , top half ( after cleaning ). The difference speaks for itself.

Amazing service by the Aero team, they were prompt to pick up and drop off, and they got rid of two pretty nasty pet stains that I made worse by trying to clean myself.Great value as I spent $175 to save an $800 rug.P.S. - If any company out there says they can clean and leave the area rug to dry in your home, don't bother talking to them any further. Aero knows what they are doing and advised they'd pick up, clean/dry in their factory, and drop off back to you.Will highly recommend, would use them again (hopefully not too soon)!

This his my first time I’ve used Aero Carpet services and I was very impressed . I’m president of my council and this business was recommended to me . Their quote was competitive, they were on time , sent a crew that were in and out in a day working on 6 floors with 166 units , very professional and carpets were completely dry by morning . They left our complex with no mess or addl work for me to do .
