Halton Regional Police Service 3 District

Made a noise complaint, it’s been 4 hours and they still have not dealt with the situation. My mother has a horrible migraine and may need to go to the hospital for treatment. The music has been blaring for almost 8 hours now. Horrible police service!!!!!!!!

Called the non-emergency # to ask a question. Was given misleading info about the location of Halton Prov. Court but the person I spoke to was pleasant.Called back and spoke to someone different. She was kinda rude and hung up without saying goodbye or anything. Disappointed.

Reviewing a police service shouldn’t even be an option. Thanks for all you do for the community. Even though maybe there are a few jerks that wear the badge.

Absolutely disgraceful department. A man tried to get your daughter off the school grounds for god knows what?! He knew where we lived and other personal things about us. What did the burlington police do?! Took a five minute statement from my child. They didn't even show up at the school right away I had to call them.myself! I'm a single mom and they offered no help. We are very scared. They didn't make it public and they seem to not even care. Thanks burlington police.. when do u think we can get some help with this? When my kid goes missing? Pathetic! !!!!!

Calling non-emergency Burlington Police number is pretty much waste of time. The lady that answers the phone is untrained and very unprofessional ! First she was eating while answering/talking on the phone and to make long story short she cuts in to the conversation saying 'WE DEAL ONLY WITH EMERGENCY CALLS' ! When I asked to conform 'is this a NON-EMERGENCY number ' she confirmed 'yes ... Not willing even to listen or help in any way.Hope somebody who is in charge of hiring and training in the police force will see this post

I was placed in a device that forced my legs apart, and held my arms and legs down so I couldn't resist or fight back, I then have my genitals tortured and part of my genitals cut off without my consent and no medical need by Dr. Gerald Melvin James Taylor , I was told to report it to the local detachment of the rcmp which ridicules me for wanting justice.I called the RCMP they told me Halton Regional Police Service would have to start it because that where the crime took place then they can request the RCMP come out to me to interview me.I called today and the Halton Regional Police Service refuses to lay charges in this case.

I found the police officer that myself and my family dealt with due to a death they had so much compassion and cared about us as a family. Even though I don't live in your city, they were the best, and as someone who had to deal with this kind of situtation it hard and they were very caring and supportive of me, my family and the death of my son. So thank you all so very much

I love how at the end of the month you see them sitting at the bottom of Walkers Line giving speeding tickets to fill their quota. The speed limit there is only 50 in my opinion you're picking the low-hanging fruit aren't we boys.

Best police force in Canada, Steve Tanner's leadership is quality. The demand for property in the Halton area is a testament to the results of community policing done right. Instead of reading about a shooting in Halton, we get to read about the proactive bust that took out cocaine traffickers setting up in the neighborhood, before they could cause damage. Hopefully Halton police can get FRID tech in operation again to further the effectiveness of street patrols. Special thanks to 9 platoon, you saved my life, God bless you.

I watched an office in an SUV on fairview st and Brant st heading towards maple Ave . This officer gets to the intersection in the right turn lane . Puts his signal light but realize the line of cars was too long . He processed to throw on his emergency lights so that he can drive straight through the intersection. If he had seen a normal driver do that they would’ve been pulled over and given a ticket . As per HTA no officer is above the law and has to follow the same rules as anyone else unless they are responding to an emergency call . Which he was not . I caught up to him at the BFD building and stated to him what he did was wrong. He stated he was looking for someone. But that’s not what my observations noticed .It saddens me that in today’s world and everything going on . That there are officers out there that do what they want. Time to change and maybe retrain your officers to do better .
