Had to leave because so many wasps. It was September 7th so no surprise. It is 2 blocks from McDonald's and they want some food. If no food you'd be fine. About 6 picnic tables and adjacent parking. Garbage bins available. In hearing distance to downtown clock.

Music in the park is on Wednesday night at 6 on, weather permitting. Local singers take the stage every week. I had the pleasure of seeing a young boy song Johnny Cash!! He was AMAZING!!! There are always things going on. And it is a quiet place to take a rest

I loved the park. Had 5 grandchildren with me and we sang on the bandstand. It was so incredible feeling. Thxs for the wonderful decoration.
