AFFINITY LUXURY CAR RENTAL

Omg, what can I say but that the owner and the staff was amazing! I tried to book a car somewhere else and was let down. I called them on long weekend on a Saturday afternoon at 2:30 and even though they were closed they answered! The owner then got his employee to go back to the location and get the amazing beautiful 2019 Mustang convertible ready for me!! It was such an amazing ride and an amazing weekend because I have tried for four days to rent a Mustang and nowhere in the city of Toronto could I rent one but they stepped up and made the dream weekend happen. I would highly recommend this place!!! The owner and the staff are amazing friendly and helpful the cars are on point and the service is amazing especially since they go above and beyond!

Actually, I am a tour operator in Toronto and I had to rent for a lot of luxury vehicles last few months ago and last week for our clients. I knew this rental company accidentally. The manager, Radu, who helped me a lot, was the best manager ever! Even though when I need a lot of quotes of the luxury vehicles, he always provided and quoted for my requests in quick time. Again, I really appreciate to Radu although I was bothering him everyday. I will DEFINITELY use this rental company in the future.

I got the white 330 xi for my wedding week. lovely car which was the latest model! car was clean, and drove like a dream. the process was stress free when picking up and dropping the car back off. there was slight discrepancy with my final charge. I contacted the office and a member of upper management advised, I would receive a call back shortly as this matter was being investigated. I got a call back within the hour and the gentleman on the phone admitted a junior staff member mistakenly charged me for 8 days. The next day, I saw the amount over charged had been refunded. Excellent customer service, would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family looking for a nice car to rent!

Wish I read more reviews before wasting so much money on this place. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. Rented the '67 Camaro for my wedding, which I was told was in the shop prior to the big day. Mind you, I had to follow up multiple times on the status of the car, despite the reservation policy stating that THEY were supposed to call ME within 48 hours of making the reservation. We pick up the car and are told that the top has issues coming down AND that the passenger side mirror is missing (which should be illegal, no?). Engine stalls at the bride's house and these guys only suggestion is to jump start the car. We ended up losing 2 hours of our day, which equaled to thousands of dollars wasted on photo and video. These guys couldn't care any less to apologize or make it right and to add insult to injury, they sent a youtube video to my email the Monday after on how to operate the car. Terrible terrible place with awful customer service.

My first experience of renting a luxury vehicle was an amazing one. We went to the location at 2477 Motorway Blvd. Excellent customer service, got exactly what I was looking for. Very easy, no stress at all. We were extremely happy with the service we were given. We will definitely be renting again. Just ask to speak to Adarsh, he will make it all happen !!!

Audi downtown dealership provided me a rental through this agency. When I returned the car I received a $75 charge on my credit card. I called and spoke to the owner/manager. He said he would look into it and let me know why I was charged the next day. He never got back to me. I then left a voicemail. Still no response. It’s been 2 months so I called the dealership as the car was provided through them. They informed me that Affinity said it was for gas. I filled the tank to the same level I received it!!! I checked the agreement/invoice they provided to me yet there is nothing documented on it. It’s pretty much blank…allowing them to manipulate and deceive clients. They are a complete scam and I’m surprised Audi would use such a fraudulent run company.

I was looking to rent a vintage convertible to use in a music video. They had a 67 Camaro that looked perfect. Being a film shoot we were at the mercy of the weather and had to cancel our originally booked date. Anjanie was fabulous with rebooking and very patient while I found another day that worked. Picking up and dropping off the car was quick and smooth. And in the end everything worked out beautifully.

Awful experience from Affinity! I’m the customer from Audi downtown dealership Toronto, my car is being repaired in the dealership, the service advisor arranged a rental car for me in this location, but the agent so called manager name Akmal providing the worst service ever, I’m not clear about what documents need to bring for example insurance policy to the location, and I said you guys definitely need to let customer understand about the process, it will be my last time renting with you, and the so called manager said, if you are not satisfied with the service I can’t rent a car! Is this the right attitude and service should be provided by the employee here? I rented from other company for so many times, they always try to give you the solution and make up customers experience, this experience from so called manager , I never hear about that in my whole life

Made an amazing decision renting a unit from this team. All the guys were phenomenal in their timing of getting a car to me. All starting from an overcharged rental unit going towards my insurance company. Affinity stepped in and cleaned up the entire mess caused. If I mentioned one person it’d be unfair. Once again. PURE CONFIDENCE IN THIS!

Reserved a Land Rover to drive for my daughter’s prom tomorrow night. Received system confirmation. Today one day before Radu emails me to say he doesn’t want to rent it to me stating “vehicle gets stolen in city everyday” and that “you should rent something else”. Why list vehicles you don’t want to rent on your website? Why send customers confirmation of reservations?
