Excellent service, they were able to repair my Pixel 3 that had a problem with the connection in a few minutes. They are professional, the choice of accessories is vast and they are well equipped for repairs. They also repair tablets. I definitely recommend and will go there again when I need phone accessories, a new case or if I need repair again.

The phone was initially damage and they promised me that they could fix it. However the internal damage was left untouched, the back of my phone was ruined and the broken screen was fixed for 700$. 2 weeks later, the phone turned off due to the damage. The phone to which suppose to be warrantied was never honored. This happened twice.

This place deserves more than five stars. I was in Gatineau for the weekend and stopped by telze to see if they could fix my phone. They fixed both my phone's in less than an hour and gave me the best price I could find by far. There employee was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. I will bring all my devices to be them from now on.

Jeremy... this is the second review I post. this guy I swear, if you own a smart phone, he needs to be your friend. this guy has more tricks then Quaker has oats. he's honest, he's real. I shopped everywhere, I did my homework. he was the ONLY one that spoke the truth in this unreliable environment... trust Jeremy ... fast efficient but most of all understanding of your situation... he got my life back on track in no time. NOT EXPENSIVE... very fair ... not the cheapest but service far exceeds the most expensive quote I got. bang for buck... this is your guy. stop searching. he remembers me now but he had no clue I used him 3 times prior. he treats everyone the same

Brought our son to buy his first phone, price on renewed iphone11 was better than i could imagine. Abdullah and aleaha were very patient and he let me inspect the phone and try my own sim card amongst other things as i am always skeptical buying used. Got a great phone at a great price.
