Excellent customer service in this branch , I went before to other branchs and this is the best branch.Ask for Amanda Wang if you need one account , she is very kind.

Very slow service was given by staff . Even though it wasn’t too busy but they were spending too much time with customers in their personal talks .

Poor customer service & slow service. Teller chatting away with personal stuff with guest while line up is getting longer.Staff are rude specially Chinese lady & others too.They were spending too much time for one customer and (they do bookings, documents Transactions, photo copies,personal talk)Manager she didn't know any thing,very bad management no organization.Only 3 staff working always.Worst brach Don't open any account.

Very slow service. One teller chatting away with personal stuff with guest while line up is getting longer. Poor customer service. Will not recommend.

Appointments mean nothing to them apparently, simply asking for tax documents and was left in an office to wait even though I came yesterday for them all to be prepared. All the staff is slow and don’t seem to know what they are doing do yourself a favour highly recommended going somewhere else.
