Service and the team both were amazing. Got everything the way i explained them, craftmenship was on point. Great choice of decor and by far rhe best price in the market. Thumbs up

I had a very terrible experience with the Cabinet Master. Before signing the contract, he seems very nice and able to accommodate any custom order but as soon as he get the down payment (half of the total cost), he disappears. He doesn’t answer the phone calls and doesn’t schedule the work. I definitely don’t recommend him.

ditto on the timeline problem. The initial promise of 4 weeks was grossly under estimated. Once all was installed we were one full month overdue. Our project was building standard sized upper cabinets for a 10x8 ft kitchen. In addition a slide out cabinet for garbage/recycling under the sink. And lastly modifying an exisiting lazy susan cabinet to a super susan. The delay was likely due to adjusting an incorrect order with the door supplier (better to be candid when mistakes occur as we didn't not understand the delays) The complexity of the project was not hugely challenging yet there were so many circuitous moments. We provided a very detailed written summary of our cabinet dimensions etc. Yet the checking and re-checking became onerous lacked specific direction - all superfluous communication! It made us feel that the staff lacked experience and know-how. We did not feel confident in the process. Our general contractor lead and guided interations to keep things on track. The fine finishing details, workmanship and care on install lacked attention. On a positive note, the overall value for money was reasonable as long as you are ready for a choppy ride. If you seek to do a high end project this is not the provider.

Worse experience I had with a tradesperson. Promises everything at a competitive price but...... Late for appointments, poor quality work, only work evenings when disturbing neighbours, was not on schedule and disrespectful swearing etc. When I told him a cabinet was not what I wanted his reply was it was what I was getting because he was a professional. In the end he left the job 1/2 done. Signing a contract and putting half down did not make any difference because money in this cause could not buy a good job

An extremely negative and stressful experience for us. The business owner told us our kitchen countertop with four drawers under it could be built by him in one afternoon, and he promised he would have it installed in three weeks. He demanded all of the money up front, so like a fool I paid him $1500.00. After eleven weeks of flimsy excuses, and us badgering him constantly, he finally delivered and installed the unit. On occasions he asked me to help him with some aspects of the job so I did so in order to move it forward or else it might never have been finished. He has a BBB membership sticker on his window, but I have been informed by them that he is not a member.

They have some of the best cabinets made! I do my homework on high dollar purchases! And they by far have quality cabinet's! We are on our 2nd order from them and highly recommend!

They are Professionals and they know their work.They worked more than our expectations.Will contact them again for my future contracts

Last week, I hired Cabinet Master to install my customized kitchen cabinet. I was a bit uncertain whether they can deal with a custom order or not. But they did it correctly. Very Professional & responsive.

It was a second time we got the work done by cabinet master and it came out great and the fit was perfect. The entire process was so easy and big thanks to the installation crew. We are definitely recommending you guys. Great work.
