JUST CATERING FOR KIDS

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, COVID impacted everyone, however this business decided to keep people’s money for lunches that they could not deliver. I will never use them again and highly suggest others reconsider as well. The owner must not have zero people skills because they spoke to me like dirt and had zero concern given the situation.In response to the owners response:I have Facebook chats where the owner was very rude and disrespectful. Not sure what you are talking about in terms of first review and about someone’s daughter, given only my son goes to the school. So if you were aware of the matter and reviewed the situation your facts and response would be accurate but it is not. I have everything saved and yes I did mention CP24 so they could help all the poor families struggling to receive refunds. In fact a group email was sent to the organization with many families who also received the same treatment I did. Given COVID left many in an uncertain state, the company did not accommodate anything other then revert to credits to which families weren’t even sure they could redeem and when that would be. I also have an email where the owner said she’d give me my money back and then said actually no and refused. We could share screenshots I don’t mind, and anyone interested. The schools Facebook group also has voiced their concerns and was hopeful the school wouldn’t use this company again due to the awful communication. Nice try on your response but the only thing this company was willing to do is keep our money. You have my contact if you’d like to revisit this. I stand by my review.

Before Covid Just Catering used to provide lunches for my childrens school. We had paid them around $120 for lunches, unfortunately because of Covid school was closed. When I asked about a refund they said a credit would be applied when kids return to school… I emailed MULTIPLE times as well as many other parents from the school. None of us received a refund. Many of us had asked for even a credit towards the actualCatering since it was clear we wouldn’t get a refund. Most emails and calls were fully ignored. Luckily our student council will NOT be using this company in the future.It’s been over two years and we still have no received any compensation. But very glad to see they have moved to a larger unit :) our money was well spent (on their end)

I love Just Catering for Kids! I've been ordering for my son since last school year. They offer several different options daily and always have at least one menu item that my VERY picky child will eat. He says that the breakfast sandwich is THE BEST IN THE WORLD! The food always arrives hot and fresh and the portion size is fantastic. There is even an option to cancel if my child is sick or away that day. Thank you for providing my child with a hot and delicious lunch and for saving this busy momma from having to make the dreaded school lunch!

I have no idea what these two people Smiish people are talking about. The company's policy since it has been opened is no refunds, only credits. If i can think of any business during covid that got affected, it would be just catering for kids. They had to remain closed for over 2 years no matter what businesses were aloud to open during this pandemic. That fact that these 2 people are taking the time to come here and write bad reviews about a family run business and try to out them down over this platform is absolutely embarrassing. You two should be disgusted with yourselves. They don't even know what they are talking about as I know just catering has been at the SAME LOCATION FOR THE LAST 12 YEARS. Honestly, shame on you. I would wish anyone to be as heartless and rude as you to if any of you owned a business. Just catering does a great job and I hope that you guys can get back to where you were and help out all of the parents and schools were your delicious meals and fundraising for the school.
