We visited Brio today for the first time to purchase dance shoes. The staff was very friendly and patient while talking about our different options. A totally different experience compared to the rude and dismissive approach we encountered at Malabar earlier in the day. I would recommend anyone looking for shoes in Ottawa shop here and support a store that shows courtesy and good customer service.

Absolutely LOVE this store. Have purchased all of my daughter’s dance items here for the past 10 years as well as swimwear for the family. Always friendly and helpful. I don’t know anything about dance myself so it’s such a relief to have experienced knowledgeable staff help out. One day we dropped a bag of recently purchased items far from the store. They used the receipt to track us down before we even realized it was missing.

Gilbert is truly an experienced pointe shoe fitter. I have never been able to get over the box correctly and he explained to me everything wrong with the shoes I got fitted elsewhere. The shoes I was fitted for are such an improvement, and you can tell that he knows what he is doing. They also have great leotards and reasonable prices.

I bought a beautiful swim suit last month! It looks like a piece of art and I feel confident in it! I'm plus size and HATE shopping for swim suits.Prior to going to Brio, I spent two hours at The Bay where there was zero customer service and hardly any plus size swim suits. I was in tears and felt fat.I had a totally different experience at Brio! I had a wonderful sales person who was very nice and helpful! I can't wait to wear my new swim suit om vacation (it's a one piece swim suit that is black with red and white large flowers).

I have been shopping at Brio for almost a decade, and I've always had positive experiences. But today, Gilbert at the bank street location went above and beyond. We had a pointe shoe emergency after my daughters shoes because dead" at recital on Saturday night. Normally it wouldn't be an issue but she has an exam this Saturday

Best lingerie boutique in Eastern Ontario. When ordering with BRIO, the bras took only 4 weeks which is a very reasonable amount of time. The customer service is on point and first rate as well. There is a vast selection and they cater to all shapes and sizes. Going forward I will only shop at this boutique for undergarments. By far the best place to go :)

I've shopped here for dance wear for my daughter and every visit the staff were very helpful and friendly. If there was a size not on the shelf they were more then willing to order it for us. Great sale prices and have never had issues with ordering and picking up at the store. Great place for dance wear and a place I would recommend. #sharethelove
