They do a great job! Our dog can be a bit nervous and he is always excited when we go in for a full grooming. Staff are friendly and attentive to our pup.

Horrible experience. My mom took my golden doodle in to get a trim while I was on vacation last week and asked for a half inch off… they turned my golden doodles beautiful long tail into the shortest little rat tail. I’m in shock. Not sure what kind of facility they are running or who they have working for them, but it’s extremely disappointing to pay for a service that a) didn’t even listen to your request and b) has employed people without the proper training and clearly don’t understand how a certain breed should be cut. A doodle should never have its tail cut like this… on top of that my dog is embarrassed all the time now and feels naked. The people working here clearly haven’t received the proper training or they don’t understand measurements.. I’m not sure but either way it’s extremely disappointing and my dog will never be going there again. The owner David cut my dogs’ hair. Don’t waste your time or money. Go anywhere else…

Looking for a new groomer, I stumbled upon The Dogspaws in the north east end of the Beach. They were able to book my pup in immediately--the next day!--and groomed my very scruffy Shih Tzu-mix to perfection.The staff are polite and kind, and the caring, gentle groomer excels at her profession.The spa is spotless, fresh and bright, with all sorts of pet needs: food, toys, grooming tools, etc.The Dogspaws is my new go-to.Thanks to the great staff.

Our dogs are considered as our family member and we should be very picky with who touches our fur babies. My pup, Casper and I love this place so much. The business is ran by the owners themselves and you can expect stellar service from them. They do not disappoint. The owners are very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. They treat my Casper with love and care like their own. Not only does my pup smell and look great after, he is also evidently happy every visit. I brought my Shiba here for a nail trim for the first time and I have never been so relieved. She is very anxious about getting her nails cut. I’ve tried cutting them myself and I’ve gone to many groomers in Toronto and I believe she came out more traumatized every time. The owners/groomers were so patient, professional and understanding. I highly recommend coming here. It’s clean and the service is great.

First time hair cut and they were great !My Baby is my baby and they made me feel so comfortable and Milo...that's my pups name, loves them, if I could give more stars I would.....oh yeah!! He smells like a goddess lol
