I have been working with Armando, Jamie and Rhiannon from the customer care team and they are excellent. They respond and schedule any deficiencies rite away and are always a pleasure to speak with. The entire Stafford team is responsive and really cares about the product they are putting out.

My experience with Stafford is bad compared to the two builders I have dealt with previously. I was forced to close a house that was not complete with many of of the kitchen fixtures not in place. Many of the utility bills incured during construction were passed to me. Four months after I moved into my property in September 2016, the Kitchen Cabinet is yet to be fully installed. Many of the plumbing and bathroom jobs were only completed after I moved in. Customer relation is below acceptable norm in the industry, with lots of inconsistency. I am already talking to my lawyer. I will not recommend this builder to anyone. Other builders do better finishing jobs with great customer relation.

Over the past 10+ years I have had the pleasure of working with Stafford Homes on every level. From management to administrative, they continue to exceed all my expectations. Everyone has always been very kind and responsive to any questions/requests that I may have, and I look forward to working with any of their team members for years to come.

Had to give one star-I’d give less than that.I am currently watching them build a condo behind my home. 179-181 Sheppard. Have logged compliants with the city for bylaw infractions since May. Like right now I have crane lights shining into my bedroom because they are still working at 11:15pm. They could care less about following the rules and being respectful. Seems their “we don’t give a f$&!” is a common experience.

I have had many dealings with Stafford over the years and they continue to be great! Regardless of whom I speak to within their office they always responded quickly and have helped me on multiple occasions to source information I have requested :) It has been a pleasure and I look forward to my continued relationship with Stafford. We were purchasers at Avenue and Park. Though the project was severely delayed (as so many are, when purchasing pre-construction) our customer service care specialist Theresa has been truly amazing. She has followed up with every single deficiency with authentic caring and professionalism. I highly recommend Stafford if all their Customer Care Specialists are this amazing.

A professional group and great home builders. Your home is a big investment and it is always risky buying something before it is built. I felt assured knowing that this company has been around a LONG time, they have successfully delivered projects across the GTA, and their designs modern and well appointed. There are always little issues post closing, but they are generally dealt with over the first 12 months by contacting the Stafford staff and making a claim via your Tarion new home warranty - make sure you know what is covered and don't miss the deadlines. I highly recommend Stafford Homes.

I have had the pleasure of buying and working with Stafford Homes. They are very knowledgeable about the market, the needs of their clients and looking forward to new trends. My experience is that they always take a professional and family approach to everything they do. They care about their purchasers and the people who work with them.

Let the buyer beware! I was very unhappy with my experience buying from Stafford - shoddy build quality, slow and unresponsive from both head office and workers on-site. I'm still paying for my poor decision to go with Stafford. And take a very close look at the 'glowing' reviews here. Save yourself a headache and pick another builder.
