This dealership helped me with a messy situation that I ran into with my car sale.They got me home so I could get to work for a few hours.They ensured I had a proper diagnostic for my new truck I purchased elsewhere. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received today. Videos were sent to me through a link to show me a visual of what was wrong with my truck. I was very impressed with the text reply on the diagnostic.Derrick Thompson gave me a lot of great maintenance advice for my new diesel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stellar service from the Body Shop team here. (And, by extension, the folks at My Mississauga Chrysler)Bought a used Caravan from the Team store in Mississauga. Had a paint issue upon delivery. (Pretty sure it wasn't the dealer's fault, exactly)Ended up at Brampton and Joe in the shop. Joe took excellent care of everything. Got the issue sorted out in as timely manner as he possibly could, no questions asked. I just came in, he took some pics and told me he'd call when he was ready for me.Called me a few days later, and I was in and out in under 45mins that day. Couldn't ask for anything better.

My truck was stolen and recovered by police. My insurance ask me where I want to take my truck and recommended this dealership. The customer service was great.My insurance paid for full car detailing and Brampton Chrysler did a terrible job. I had to take my truck to another car cleaning service the next day to get it cleaned again. I was very disappointed and will never recommend to take your vehicle to this place.I will highly recommend to take your vehicle to an another location. after that I took my vehicle to another cleaning service and had ti get my carpets washed and get my truck cleaned from inside .DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACEUpdateToday I took my vehicle to the dealership for an oil change. Anthony Dhaniram from service department was my service adviser. I explained him my situation . He provided me with full pro clean service and some other services for free. He has always been amazing at making sure the customers are happy . I really appreciate his great customer service.I will give 5 stars to his customer service.

Auto Body shop was both professional and went out of their way to accommodate my repairs.Even though place was super busy they took the time to find out if the repairs were complete. Got me the vehicle early, and followed up on an out of stock part, installed quickly, and car was immaculately cleaned. Great service, especially the two office staff coordinating the repairs.
