Good rest stop with flush toilets and running water (non drinkable), lots of parking for RV’s as well. Pet exercise area.

Great place to stop and stretch your legs on a long road trip. The restrooms are very clean and there are a bunch of picnic tables for roadside lunches. There is also an RV dump station which will be useful for some. Lots of good (albeit somewhat outdated) plaques as well with some tidbits of information on fur trade and surveying history.

Reasonably clean facilities, lots of picnic areas, quiet spot to catch a nap if you're on a longer drive. Relatively safe, I've never had anything untoward happen.100% better than the rest stop at Bowden AB lol

Women's only has 3 stalls one of which has no lock and a door that swings out and in allowing for no privacy. Very busy due to lack of services for miles before this stop. Canada needs to improve its roadside services, plenty of trash cans all over though.

I go out of my way to stop here on my way south on the QE2. It's well taken care of. It's cleaner then any gas station between Calgary and Edmonton!...In 20+ years I've never see it out of toilet paper! And they have effective dyson hand dryers!

Good place to stop to freshen up all year round. Entry from the Southbound hwy only. There's a good circular park area on the right hand side as you drive in which is closed in the winter.

Passed here hundred times. Never have a stop here Because it's not far Calgary.This time we had a chance turn in. This is the best rest area in our many long -distance trips.Not only it has a large area, there is a clean bathrooms that a person clean and maintained.It also has Dump Station for RV.Especially on the hillside behind, it has a huge day use area with many picknick tables.The field of vision is wide.But it closed until the evening.Unfortunately it can't overnight. It's worth stopping for a rest.

I stop by here quite often for a break. The bathrooms are always very clean. There is also several garbage cans for getting rid of garbage. This rest area is clean and safe and convieniently located by the highway. It also has picnic tables if you want to have a snack outside of the vehicle.

Great spot to stop on the highway. Love the map in there and lots of parking. Would be nice if it was a little brighter at night though.

I see no reason to give this less than a 5 star. History, flush toilets, pet area, lots of trails and beautiful open feilds and picnicing area. Even if massive back portion is only open May - September for vehicles you can still walk back there.
