He arranged and coordinated everything with our real estate agent and the sellers. His inspection was incredibly thorough and he made sure to highlight the most immediate issues and potential repairs. His report was very detailed and well-organized with tons of pictures to illustrate his comments. We reviewed it by phone and he answered all our questions, and the written report was available electronically by the end of the day of the inspection. And all for a great price!
