Amazing Service and Wonderful Staff not Only for Our Puppy Lola but On Maxwells Passing

We have been going to Rutland Pet Hospital for the last 5 years or so and sadly they are just too busy to accommodate our pets now. We can never get an appointment and always being told to call other vets instead or the emergency vet. They have amazing and caring vets but new front desk/reception staff don’t seem to care as much as the former staff used to.

I've been a customer to this firm for years, no more. My dog had been constipated for 5 days and showing signs of deterioration, on a Thurs I went in to get some emergency help I was told that we didn't have any available spots open and to call the following Monday at 8am to see if they fit her in, in that amount of time my dog could have died. Blackmountain vet saved her life. RUTLAND doesn't care about your pet only your money. I'm so disappointed and angry.

This is one of the best vet clinics I've been to. The front staff are always so friendly and they are very punctual for appointment times. Today, I came in with my senior rabbit and Dr. Charissa Ridderbroek was amazing. She took the time to fully examine her and listen to her full history. She was very knowledgeable about rabbit health and did not try to push any extra procedures. We left with some very reasonably priced medications and the exam fee was one of the cheapest we've had to pay for an exotic pet exam." If you have rabbits

I've been coming here for thirteen years with my dogs and have always had good, caring service. We recently had to put down one of our dogs and everyone I dealt with was sensitive to my feelings. The vet was professional and respectful during the entire process.

Rutland Pet Hospital has an outstanding team of people. Our cat Harley has been a patient with them since we got her in 2020.In December 2021 we rushed Harley in after having a medical event. Dr. Heather Gordon was there to examine her and even kept her in their clinic for a few hours to make sure everything was ok. She also managed to calm down a very worried cat mama! She then called me a couple days later to check in on us. I can't explain enough how great it felt to have such a caring person take care of our Harley.Recently Harley was diagnosed with Diabetes. Dr. Charissa Ridderbroek taught us how to give insulin shots and was so patient and kind in helping us understand our new routine.The level of compassion from the entire team is amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things.Also have to say - the front desk team is super - very knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to you guys because I'm sure you see it all!Thank you!!!

Best place to take exotic pets! Dr. DeYaegher is great with them and super knowledgeable and gentle!

Just took my bunny to get spayed here. They did an amazing job and took care of her really well!! Great place to take your dogs/cats and exotic animals highly recommend ***** :D

Today I have to go to the Rutland pet hospital to get my seven year old Turkish kangal looked at they had a lump on his side and I was so scared it was cancerous but thank God it just turned out to be a fat deposit. the staff and doctors Were just amazing they answered all my questions and put my mind at ease as I had his son die 6 months prior unexpectedly which was devastating to me and the doctors were amazing at Rutland pet hospital. I highly recommend Rutland pet hospital great stuff and reasonable prices
