Great shop! Always great pricing. The ladies working the counter are always very helpful. Highly recommend this shop for all the cigar smokers out there!

Reasonable prices but very limited selection. I was in the store on a Saturday morning and the young lady who was behind the counter could not be bothered to offer any assistance and seemed to know very little about cigars. She seemed more interested in her phone than a customer. This is not the first unpleasant experience I've had in this store. We all have good days and bad days but it seems every time I enter this store I feel like the staff would rather be anywhere other than there. Cigars are an expensive luxury item, when you enter a store to buy some you should be treated accordingly. I'm done with this store. I'll take my business to a place where my business is appreciated. Village Cigar in Guelph has better selection and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

A great Cigar shop in Cambridge ... super friendly and knowledgeable service. I try to stop by whenever I'm in town. Prices are fair, with a decent selection. Will be back to get some unopened boxes of stogies, as soon as I get my new humidor cabinet installed.Do yourself a favour, pick up a some awesome smokes and maybe even a new lighter!

I buy all my non -cuban cigars from this shop. I live in Toronto and stop in here every-time I am back in Cambridge to restock my humidor. The main reason are the very fair prices so I hope this never changes. The staff all have more than enough knowledge to appease the clientele. Wouldn't bother looking at other cigar shops in Cambridge. Cheers!

Cigars cigars cigars. Likely the best cigar shop I have been in. You pay for what you get. Full range of quality and prices. Huge variety from a couple of bucks up to $80 plus. Grabbed a couple of Romeo and Julieta's and the quality was perfect. Perfect burn. Will be back for sure!

Amazing, knowledgeable staff! (Weekdays mostly …the sat morning lady is never much help nor friendly )but the regular working staff go above and beyond. Many times they have stayed late for me when I have called and wanted a few cigars. Fair prices and good selections. customer satisfaction is their priority!

Easily the most affordable, most friendly and eager to educate new comers to cigar culture. Excellent customer service, as well. Highly recommend.

So after years of no smoking I had this urge to try a pipe. Checked and checked for pricing etc and finally decided on this place due to the great reviews. So I went in a this young lady, who was a hoot to chat with helped me out. The selection was not the greatest for pipes but I did pick one and the price was more than reasonable. Naturally I needed some pipe tobacco and the had a fair selection and the cheapest price I have seen. Oh, just to be clear, despite having a small pipe collection they had plenty of cigars and cigarettes for you to select and again prices were very, very good. In the end the pipe was surprisingly good to use with a nice burn and great finish. Highly recommend this place.

nice shop, friendly staff, but I bought 10 of their $10 cigars and even after a week in my humidor they were dry and barely smokeable. I tried 4 and left half or more in my ashtray. My regular store (Village Cigars in Guelph) is a bit more expensive but dependable.
