Can’t say enough about how the Focal team put in the work to get my site up and running. From start to finish, was treated first-class by everyone I communicated with (shout out to Cary Jones, ice cream is on me when I see you). Being a graphic designer, it was admittedly difficult to let someone else take the reigns on a design I’m affiliated with but was quickly put at ease by Team Focal. I would put them up against anybody in terms of efficiency, design and marketing savvy when it comes to what works. Recommendation… confirmed!

I had a sense of ease knowing that the heavy lifting was being handled by the FOCAL team. I am a photographer, not a web designer or a SEO manager. They set me up with a professional site that had a backend so I can support my clients better, I enjoyed the experience.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Focal Photography to help capture our events and programs at the Shelbourne Community Kitchen! Working with Focal has been a great experience…They have been prompt and candid through the entire process of getting my site built and published. There was a lapse in the process due to a misunderstanding but the important thing was that they made it right. It shows that they care about customer service that the team at FOCAL provides its stakeholders. There are some minor limitations about a small part of the website development process which couldn’t be addressed to my liking…and that’s perfectly ok. I understanding that it’s part of the software lifecycle development process and I have no doubt that these minor limitations will be addressed as the team at FOCAL is constantly trying to improve their software…Overall, I highly recommend them!!!

Organizing a pre-wedding photo shoot from overseas is an imaginably difficult job.
