I have called them a few times in last serveral years. They had two guys working there who were disorganized and took forever to call me back. Now the team they have is excellent!! Very professional and responsive and quality of work is very good! Keep it up!

Exceptional job with the installation of my residential garage door. The installer was very professional and was completed in a very short time frame. Also not to mention taking the time to address simple cosmetics that added to the overall finished product of the door increasing the appearance of my home. Thumbs up.

Bought a set of doors and they got the wrong ones. I didn't install right away but left them in box and they still won't get me the right doors. Talked to Ron and he said he couldn't help and hung up on me during conversation. When I first went in and bought the doors they where very good to deal with and professional. I guess once they have your money they don't care anymore.

Excellent service and very professional. Two repair men showed up the same day I put my service call in. They replaced both cables, couple rollers and did some other regular maintenance for a decent price. They also gave me a few maintenance tips. Would definitely recommend Provincial Doors.

These guys are fantastic. Two very skilled fellas replaced my garage door springs and cables, adjusted and lubed everything and charged their time honestly. I was pleased to pay a very fair and competitive invoice for a job well done.

These guys know their stuff. Total pleasure to work with such a proactive group of professionals. Supplied my company with 6 mine doors ahead of schedule allowing us to improve our timelines. Definitely use them if you need good quality on time!!!

They did a fine job fixing my broken spring on the garage door but charged us an hour of driving time" when you can drive from their door to my door in 10 minutes. Ridiculous

Showed up on time. That's why they get one star. Next time I'll get an estimate on time it should take. By the sounds of it I could have done it on my own. It would have taken the same amount of time. They said they had to rewire, don't know about that.In good conscience I can't recommend this business.
