My wife passed away resently and we had the wake and service at Northwoods. It was an extremly difficult and emotional time for me and my family. The staff was so helpful and understanding, so comming, that made us feel they were part of our family. Everything fell into place as they said it would. Staff is stuck up and snobby. All about the mighty dollar and take advantage of you at the lowest point of your life. Taking advantage of people when they lost a loved one is totally wrong! Staff needs to take some sensitivity training as well.

The staff were so kind and sincere taking care of my grandpa who we lost unexpectedly. They were very empathic and treated us with utmost respect. Really treated us like family through such a difficult time. All the services that were provided were given in detail and explained throughly so that we were able to put our minds at ease knowing he was in very good hands. The attendants were very helpful and respectful. All courtesy was given to our guests and family. The visitation was well prepared. The service was heartfelt and sincere. The facility was perfect. I gotta be honest here, they did a whole lot of nothing for nearly 2000$ and when we called to ask them about 300$ documentation" and other fees that we had on our bill they wouldn't give us any clear answer
