Kay's Appliance Repair
Kaylee is always on time. Very knowledgeable about the washer and made suggestions of what next step was. She fixed my washer once before. This was the 2nd time with some parts she recommended. Reasonably-priced and gave you a price of equipment/parts that I asked about prior to purchasing and gave her opinion if it will be feasible to do this. I have been very pleased with her work. Thank you for making my washer much better than it was! I will only use Kay's for any of my repairs.

I first used Kay's to fix my dryer last year and had a great experience, so I naturally called to have her fix my refrigerator when it wasn't cooling properly. Kay is professional, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable in her profession. She is the only appliance repair company I will call!

She offered advice on upkeep of the new appliance and was knowledgeable about other questions I had. We first reached out to Kay’s Appliance Repair to investigate a loud and persistent refrigerator noise - Kaley was available to come by within 24 hours to look into things! After inspecting the fridge inside and out, it seemed that there was nothing to worry about. Cue me feeling like a fool for wasting Kaley’s time! Since she was already over, I asked if she wanted to check out the dryer for me - she took a look, determined everything was in working order, and offered to clean out the vent for us, which we happily took her up on. The cost of her visit was reasonable and gave me some peace of mind - I wouldn’t hesitate to call Kaley again!

Highly recommend! Kay was professional, polite, responds quickly to calls/texts, and made sure she could fit us in to make sure our oven was fixed right away! She was upfront with prices and fees. Our family will be using her in the future for other repairs!
