Ryan did an amazing job on my nails! I also got a deluxe pedicure and they did a great job. Love this place so much and I will definitely be coming back.

WOULD RECOMMEND! I came here with my bridesmaids to get our wedding nails done. All of my bridesmaids were so happy with their nails and they felt very comfy with the friendly staff. I didn't get each staff member's name but they were all sweet and I was very happy my bridesmaids were happy and with my own nails. Price was very reasonable and such good quality work. Thank you!

About a month ago I had nail extensions done here, nail tech insisted doing acrylic which I really regretted later. Nail shape was fine except they were really thick. Today I returned to get them removed and the lady tried to rip them of with a nail tip which didn’t work and was extremely painful. She then proceeded to file them off for an hour. I wanted to get manicure and shellac on my short nails after. The lady did some nail filing and then was about to put shellac on. I was surprised to see that she wanted to apply the polish at that step since she did zero manicure- no cuticle care, proper shaping. I asked her 3 times whether I can have a manicure first- and she nodded Yes Yes and still proceeded to preparing to apply shellac. I was truly shocked because she refused to properly clean and shape my nails and wanted to apply shellac to misshaped uncut nails. I am attaching a couple of photos of what state my nails were in before she wanted to apply shellac.

COMPLETELY SAFE, CLEAN and Friendly staff-all of them nice, caring. They do such an amazing job and the extra attention to details just makes it worth coming back! They clean in between customers. Make an appointment as it's just easier for everyone! Oh! Did I mention how relaxing this place is?? And they will fix your nail if it break or chip! How awesome is that?? I was rushed asked what I wanted and then pushed to get something like ombré because it was faster I asked many times if they had enough time to do my service. Wendy was very unprofessional and rude she proceeded to yell at me and tell me I didn’t need to come back if I wasn’t happy for paying $73 dollars for my nails and getting nothing I wanted at all not even the right shape is so upsetting.

The worst experience. Just left here on Mother’s Day and was so disappointed. I been wanting and waiting for the right time to have my toes done for a treat. I know they would be busy but I waited and came back for my appointment and that was no problem. But she rushed me through the whole thing. Only 20 min to clean my feet after not doing them for over 2 years. Also when I was in my chair ready to start she made me move chairs so some other people could sit together. So I had to put my wet feet back in my shoes after expressing how I didn’t want to move. If I could give a 0 star I would. After all said and done still have rough heals, toe nails are crooked and can see through my polish.

I started going to this salon somewhat as a fluke, as I was in the area and wanted to treat myself.I was fortunate enough to meet Wendy, one of their nail technicians, who has without a doubt been one of the best nail techs I've ever used.She is fast, efficient, her attention to detail is amazing, and the nails LAST! As you can tell I'm a little rough on my hands (we own a farm, and I'm constantly working), and despite my hands being in rough shape, she makes them look amazing.Highly highly recommend!!!

I got a manicure with shellac nails. The woman who did my nails for me was so good, very quick and efficient. My nails were so neat and lasted sooo long, I still have them on now after 4 weeks and they haven't chipped at all. She did a really good job I cannot get the shellac off so just waiting for it to grow out its so neat that it doesn't even look that bad. I would definitely go again next time I come to Guelph. The staff are polite and easy to talk too I had a relaxing time and I very pleased with the result.
