Dr Kirsten Westberg

My experience with Dr.Westberg was incredible!When I had my referral appointment she was so confident and responded to every question I had! The day of my surgery I went in right away, and had no problems. Today I had my check up appointment and I couldn't believe how fast she got me in and out which is nice not waiting a long time to see the doc!I would recommend Dr.Wesrberg to anyone! She is lovely, professional, outgoing and makes you feel so comfortable!!Thank you again!

Dr. Westberg was very caring and professional throughout my entire experience with her. This really calmed my nerves, as I was really scared when I first was referred for breast reduction surgery. Kirsten also took into consideration post surgery size, meaning that she didn't want me to feel completely unlike myself after and still leave a comfortable amount as opposed to going from a GG to flat chested. I really appreciated that extra thoughtfulness. If anyone I knew needed what I had had, or any other form of plastic surgery, I would definitely recommend they ask to be referred to her for sure.

Dr Westberg did my hand surgery, and a very personable and competent surgeon she is. They obviously got a new office admin as she was really pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. Definitely highly recommended.

She made me feel comfortable and I had no doubt that I was in good hands. Had surgery 6 weeks ago and it’s healing very well. Thank you Dr. Westberg.

For such a nice positive Professional in Dr. Westberg, to have a receptionist that is so ill mannered, rude, and an outright disgusting personality, makes no sense.This woman has issues. The only sense made of it is that she is a relative of some sort, as no one with that true lack of professionalism should be gainfully employed by such a kind and caring professional like Dr. Westberg.This could be called jeckel and Hyde care. Or lack their of. As that attitude does not make healing issues pleasant!

Nothing bad to say about Dr Westberg herself she’s a lovely lady but her receptionist is so rude, and never likes to answer the phone or respond to a voicemail. Every time I’ve had to talk to her it’s been unpleasant, no sense of kindness in her voice whatsoever, and as an admin myself I’m surprised by her demeaner.

Was a bit of a bumpy ride at first but in the end Dr. Westberg definitely helped my hand function improve. For that I am happy. And really appreciate your support along the way. Didn't know you could get free physio after surgery. Would definitely go to her again. Hopefully I don't have to.

As Brenda said I’m not allowed to make a consult with Dr Westberg regarding this I shall write here;In 2019 I was told that all I had to do was pay the hospital fees for my breast removal. I was told that my implant removal was covered by the gov. As I have been having sharp pains for numerous years. Which is causing issues in my day to day life. Then covid happened. I then got covid three times and so when they called for me to go to surgery I couldn’t as I was sick for months from it. When I was there in 2021 ish regarding another surgery with it I was told the exact same thing there would only be hospital fees and that was all.I ended up having the other surgery with Dr Cham. I told the front desk lady on the phone at Dr Westebergs that I couldn’t have the scheduled removal due to the last minute call for the other serious issue I needed surgery for. Still same response hospital fee only. That I should call after six weeks at the minimum due to anesthesia for going under. She stated you shouldn’t have two surgeries very close to each other…. I’m in complete shock that I’m now being told it’s over $8000 dollars??? Dr Westeberg you didn’t once state that to me. You told me if I replaced them there would be a fee. That was all. You took pictures I had a mammogram and X-rays and was told it was only the hospital fee for the room. Numerous times.The only thing I can think of is the lunatic she used to have working there (one of the rudest ladies) must have changed all my charts as she seemed like a human that could possibly do this…..Brenda seemed very nice but won’t let me come in for a consult regarding this mix up. So I’m not going to have it done then I guess am I.She said THAT I HUNG UP ON HER?? When all I said was “thank you” in a very disappointed voice and hung up. I’m not immature and do not hang up on people.I can not believe how this could happen just change fees like that and act like it’s nothing at all. Or that I’m delusional? Talk about gaslighting a patient. If it was all documented from the beginning I would have clearly known that it was over $8000.00 and wouldn’t be upset and in absolute shock over this. I know if I had wanted them replaced she said it would be over $8000.00 and that was all. I do not want them replaced at all.Anyways guess I’ll move on now after years of wanting these removed. On my life told covered by the gov. Other than hospital fees….. What happened here is so wrong. I’ve been waiting forever for this surgery and I would have known for absolutely sure if it cost this much money from the beginning.Super disappointed

For someone who had never undergone surgery, I could not have asked for a better doctor. Dr. Westberg is a master of her craft and I would highly recommend her. I was comfortable, calm, and totally trusted the process because of her team and high level of professionalism. Thank you.
