The staff are mean and rude . They are forcing everyone to wear a mask. It’s really crazy . All the mandates are lifted and yet we are being told what to do without having a say. Some of us really cannot tolerate it . Please even respect that

Dr. Aref engages with both the child patient and the parents, equally. He took time to make both my daughter and myself feel comfortable and listened intently while taking a detailed history. His examination was thorough and treated our concerns with respect. When addressing the multiple tests required for a proper investigation and diagnosis, Dr Aref took the time to explain the treatment process, prognosis and his expectations of the findings. As a health care professional myself, I was very impressed with his attention to detail. Finally, his calm, friendly demeanour was both reassuring and comforting for both my daughter and me. Thank you!
