Had many lights purchased (upgraded) for a new home as the home builder deals with E&L. A few light bulbs were screwed on so tight that I had to break off the bulbs to get them off. Quality is standard, not great.

Buying a new home can be an overwhelming experience. Especially when you build new from all the different decisions and choices you Are to make. E & L made my experience for the purchase of fixtures and lighting a smooth process as the clerk was very nice and attentive to my needs. He stayed much later after hours to make sure I was entirely satisfied with my selection. I’m very happy with my product and they made sure of it. Well done!

Very good customer services and very friendly. Products are very good and a little expensive because they only carry brands and a very good discount is going on every display products and i got 50%. Looking very good from inside, things are sorted in good way so you can easily browse lights for your home or office. Very satisfied with that.

Great selection of lights. Just visited the showroom recently, totally a new look after renovation. Good prices in the town and lots of collection. The team is really helpful and nice. It was overall a good experience and would like to visit again and again.

They were excellent to deal with. My daughter’s favorite panda night lamp bulb burned out. It turns out it used a specialized European type bulb. They had a bulb but a higher wattage, and put a dimmer on it to meet my needs. My daughter is happy. Thanks very much e&l for your expertise.
