Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
Service was incredibly slow. Sat down was several minutes before I was asked if I wanted a drink, I only wanted water and they were gone before I could ask for a menu. Several minutes later the water arrives and I am able to ask for a menu. Several more minutes pass before the menu arrives.I'm looking through the menu and a different waiter walks by my table and I asked a quick question, are you wings breaded or not?"

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
My husband and I had a date here last night and the restaurant atmosphere was a delight. The customer service was amazing. Our waitress Shannon was super friendly and was tentive to our needs. The customer service here was so above and beyond that even the owner visited our table before and after our meal to make sure we had a great time. We haven't gone to many places in the last year due to being disappointed in the way that customer service hasn't seemed to be a priority even in our favourite restaurants. This is NOT one of those places and will recommend everyone I know to go here. We will definitely be back!

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
Wasn't to busy at all when we stopped here which worked perfect for us being we were able to get in and out so we could get back on the road heading back to the U.S. The food and service were both pretty good. Our waitress was attentive and move at a quick but efficient pace to make sure that we were taken care of. They have a pretty big menu giving you a lot of different options and the do serve alcoholic beverages as well. Also located in a little strip mall with multiple other stores. For sure wasn't an upset, Thank you for having us!

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
The food is delicious for the price. $25 for surf and turf, steak and a lobster tail and a side. I added sauteed mushrooms to the meal and had a Chuck size cesar and that was delicious too. Recommend this place for a cheap-ish meal with good quality. I also had the ribs on a previous visit and those were good too and a very good price for a full rack on a certain day of the week.

Came here on a Sunday evening to have dinner with my niece and nephew. The place was packed and seemed very lively. The waiter was very nice and efficient. The owner is very nice and inviting as well.The food was pretty good and the beers were nice and refreshing.

The food at Chuck’s Roadhouse is good quality and what you expect at a pub. The service by Paul was very welcoming and he delivered an element of fun to a birthday party we were celebrating. The kitchen took a little bit longer than necessary to deliver on the food, but it was worth the wait.

Went here for the first time ever last night. Brought our friends here for Half Price Apps, and truly had a wonderful experience! Our server, Ilia, was one of the highlights. He frequently checked on us, refilled drinks without asking, and was kind and warm with the kids. All the food was good, warm and tasty for this type of restaurant. To top it all off, the owner was on site and was also a great addition to the experience. He was funny, personable and took the time to talk to us like old friends". 5 stars and highly recommended to anyone looking for a nice night out without breaking the bank!"

This was the first time dining at Chuck's Roadhouse. For a sports bar the ambience and atmosphere was excellent. There was about 15 in our group of diners and after we were seated, our waitress began to take our drinks order. Being a sports bar, what surprised me was the exceptional service that would rival any 4 or 5 star restaurant. She was attentive to everyone's needs. In today's service industry, it is hard to find this level of customer service. Go to any supermarket for example and try to find someone to help with information for a product. Good luck if you can find anyone in a hurry.The food soon arrived. I had ordered the surf and turf and compliments to the chef. It was cooked to perfection that would rival any fine dining restaurant.Everyone in our group commented on the food and all of them were satisfied with their individual orders.The manager came over to check in on us. I wonder how many managers of restaurants would take the trouble to do this.This restaurant also provides and organizes group activities and I don't mean birthday parties. Go check it out.Anyway, if anyone appreciates excellent service that comes with exceptional food and dining experience, give them a try.Lots of big screen tvs to watch your favorite sports.PS: and no, I do not work for them...lol. oh i forgot to mention...the price was reasonable and affordable for the quality of food and service.I will definitely be back.

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
We ordered takeout from Chuck's Roadhouse last week and the food was prepared nicely. The portions were good and we had some leftovers for lunch the next day. The salad ingredients were fresh and the toasted pita had a nice seasoning on them. For the price, this was a good meal and we will add Chuck's to our takeout rotation whenever we decide to treat ourselves. We've also eaten at the restaurant and they have some great deals on apps and drinks after 9 pm.
