Absolutely great customer service.

This is most unresponsible online store i ever seen. On their website is no any information about shipping times. I have ordered helly hansen pants from therm on march 15 and next day i called customer service to ask when my order will be shipped. They told me that it will be shipped at the end of march or beginning of april. It ia funny. That is why they don’t have information about shipping. So it means that you will order something on this website and waiting to get it maximum after week. Then you will call them and they will tell you that it will be shipped after 2 weeks. Perfect. This was first and last time I ordered something from them. Also customer service is very bed. Agent and supervisor which i was talking are not hearing and evrytime try to interrupt me. When i asked why they do not have shipping information on their website they just told me that they did not know. So think twice till order on this store.More about this story.After i wrote this review they called me refund me money and told that i will receive the pants at 12 of April.Today i was interested about my pants i wrote to customer service and they told me that it will be delivered at the end of month. And also admitted that this dates can be changed. Its silly and funny.Also very cleaver customer service representative offered me to ship to me 1 size bigger pants or other model. It is silly too. Why they offered one size bigger pants or other beside that i liked this exact model and i ordered exact my size.So once again. Don’t even think to order something to this store or you will get nightmare such as i got from them.

I have ordering a few things from them now. Very happy with the prices especially when compared to shops like Grainger or Uline. Shipping is free, as long as you are not in a rush. Otherwise the shipping prices are very reasonable. The communication with the company has always been good and consistent. I now check out the prices at Hansler Smith before buying tools and equipment.
