I am a volunteer at the Metis Local 87 hall in Calgary. This is a gathering place for Metis/Michif people that live in the Calgary area. I reached out to Dustin a few weeks ago inquiring about doing some pro bono tree pruning at the hall - and Dustin jumped at the opportunity. He showed up at 8am as scheduled and he and his colleague gave a couple of our mature trees the love (i.e. pruning) they needed (a hawthorne and a mountain ash I believe). Thank-you Dustin for the donation of your time, skill and equipment.I would not hesitate to recommend that you reach out to Dustin at Twigs Unlimited if you require the services of a skilled arborist. Fast quote, great price, and service. Twigs Unlimited ground out a birch stump and also removed concrete edgers buried in the front lawn. I would certainly recommend Dustin and his team and use them again.

Dustin did some stump grinding for me. Didn't manage to grind the stump below grade and missed numerous roots around the stumps. When I called him back to fix it up (took him two weeks to return) he still left roots above or at grade and also barely managed to grind the stump below grade. When I discussed with him the work after his second attempt he shrugged it off and told me he could come back again in a couple weeks. I ended up pulling to problem spots myself as his urgency to fix his mistake was non existent.

Twigs Unlimited was punctual and professional. I sent Dustin two pictures of my brush pile showing how high, wide and long the pile was his quote was highly competitive so I hired him for the job. The area where I had the brush pile was left clean, I had no problem cutting the grass thereafter. Secondly they filled several cubic yard sized bags for me of the wood chips for my chickens and spruce trees. Twigs unlimited thank you!

Just used Twigs for the second time. Value for the service make it impossible to call anyone else. I have 9 trees on my property. Dustin’s team came and did a fantastic job (again) I was a bit concerned because I had left things to get extremely overgrown. The quote was easy to get and for a VERY reasonable price I have my yard back! Visibility and safety has returned. 5 bright stars and both thumbs up for TWIGS.

TWIGS UNLIMITED Dustin and his team showed up on time and ready to go even though the day was gusty and chilly. They quickly and professionally took down our 55-60’ spruce tree, de-stumped and ground it. They even added in the Christmas tree that we hadn’t yet got to the green bin. Clean up was well done. The team was pleasant and very appreciative of even being offered a cup of coffee. Although the wood had been cut into manageable pieces, we chose not to keep it. Dustin posted it on Kijiji and it was picked up within 1.5 hours. The cost was definitely fair for the job. Highly recommended.

Best customer service and best value in Calgary! I've used other arborist's but Dustin's the best. Highly reccomend Twigs Unlimited for anyone needing tree or stump services!
