Close to everything! The staff was very nice. The hotel seemed safe and quiet even though it seemed to be pretty full. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious.

I can say that this hotel has a great customer service. There was a miscommunication with the hotel that I booked but they handle it very carefully and the supervisor is very proactive to solve the problem. That's what I am looking for in the service industry. We will revisit again. Highly recommended.

We were not advised that the Simmons Boardroom was essentially just an alcove above the front desk and did not have a door or any sort of sound barrier between our private business meetings and the noise and chaos of the lobby. We were incredibly leery of the fact that anyone with intent could hear what we were talking about, and had to repeatedly ask for lobby music to be turned down so we could even hear each other.The hotel as a whole is fine - but if you're booked into the Simmons boardroom, ask for a change or move your meetings to another property.

The staff, Alex and Kelly, were most helpful at first. I was stranded and needed to charge my phone. They gave me a chair and electricity outlet and allowed me to contact my better half. Unfortunately, after a few minutes they ‘changed their minds’ and informed me the chair and outlet I was utilizing were reserved for hotel guests only. So in this adjustment cancelling out their good samaritan gesture. Disappointing and rude. It would appear that one’s priority is dollar based, and human to human favour is not part of the Hilton’s mandate. Disappointed, and with hurt feelings, I humbly exited the premises.

My favourite hotel to stay at in Calgary. Good value for the price. They have a great location if you are driving, and the cost for underground parking is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and they have decent amenities shared with the sister hotel. They can improve on the breakfast menue by adding more healthy options.

Nice modern hotel, very clean rooms! Easiest contactless check in, which worked great! Friendly service, you can buy beer off the front desk area. Good service and food in the lounge was pretty good. Nice local beer on tap. The hot tub only had one jet working which was odd. I would stay here again.

I will never stay in a suite facing the train track. At floor 9, it was unbeatable ever 20 to 30 minutes hearing the screeching sound till 10:30pm.However, the whirlpool, and swimming pool were very refreshing, and the 24 fitness room was so awesome! Loved the many mechanical weights.

The hotel room was well appointed and looked brand new. I worked in the room for a few hours and it is a very comfortable room. Lots of lights and easy to get onto the internet. Good water pressure in shower. Very clean. I was in the hotel ball room or the room most of the time. Not too sure about the neighbourhood but it worked well for our group.

Blindsided with a $25.00 ‘parking’ fee that was ‘not included’ with standard fees. This is clearly stated hidden in the ‘amenities’ section. Apparently parking goes along with having a pool or a gym. … are you serious!! Everyone drives to a hotel. Not including at least one parking space in the up front registration fees is a straight forward deception and cash grab. It’s not like most of your guests are walking to the hotel! To their credit they forgave my parking fee after I complained. Decent room with 10 foot ceilings. Nice pool, and hot tub. Looks to be a fair number of homeless in the area.

Very disappointed for the price you pay. Since when does a hotel have more rooms than parking spaces? Do not arrive after 5pm or you will be forced to park and pay to park across the street. Air conditioner will not go any lower than 19 degrees. Hallway measured at 26 degrees, extremely hot very uncomfortable hotel. No notice at all that the pool was supposedly shut down for maintenance. Overall horrible experience, would most likely pay $15 and sleep in my vehicle across the street in the paid parking. Tried to speak to 4 different front end staff about concerns, each one glossed me over and made light of all concerns. Do not recommend at all.
