Terrible customer service. Tried to rent a scooter over 2 weeks ago. They brought me a damaged scooter saying it was the last one they had. I returned it right away and now I am fighting for a refund as they were not able to supply me with a service! They don’t answer the phone or return calls or emails. BBB had terrible reviews about this company. Don’t use them!
