Big ups to the Vanscoy Hotel. We stopped in for a staff party and it was awesome. Pool, Darts, Vlt's and ice cold beverages! We told them we were coming in with about 30 people and they were super happy to accommodate us. Thanks again! We'll be back.

Nice place to get a beverage and a meal in a cool friendly environment. Main highway does not go threw town anymore.

Betty is the best host. We enjoy eating there. Food is good & reasonably priced. Early afternoons are pretty quiet so it's a pleasant, clean place to go for some awesome bar food & friendly service.

My team of technicians and I had to commute from Calgary to Saskatoon to run technology for a medical conference for four days, and instead of staying in Saskatoon, I decided we'd take a chance on Vanscoy and commute in every day. I'm glad we did! Great place owned and operated by hardworking, caring people who went the extra mile to make us comfortable. The people staying there are also good, hardworking people. We had a super fun night in the lounge after our last day of work as well! Here's a photo of us after getting a good night of rest in the quiet rooms that these folks rent out at good prices.

First Vanscoy Car Event ! A community effort that included systematic parking for 50+ Retro vehicles. The Shifters, supportive, displayed the exceptional Festival poster on their website. The Pub welcomed the drivers, escaping from the windy conditions.Betty Boop + Riders decor displayed everywhere . Chicken Wings, Ribs,+ Pizza are beyond popular.Farther down the street from the Hotel you will find the Robin's Nest Cafe. Both have desirable menus, Riders memorabilia for locals, travellers + those of us who frequently travel from Saskatoon. .Vanscoy is a thriving community of almost 500 residents who enjoy the peaceful off-road atmosphere. Many community events including Curling and Rodeos take place during the year.Urban people are moving into town renovating houses, a church, and populating the elementary school with their children. There is an attractive residence there for retired people. Driving through the streets, there are still vintage structures, reminders that Vanscoy was established in the early 1900's.This town obviously includes people of all ages, which is refreshing in a small town. So many villages in Sask are ghost towns now. Not Vanscoy !!
