Accord Pest Control

Was very responsive and came to my home quickly for the service I required, wasp extermination. Did not bring his own ladder which hindsight should have told me something. Sprayed around the eavestroughs and other crevices where we saw wasps going in and out. Couldn't reach the peak of my house with my small ladder which is where we saw a lot of wasps gathering (again, should have had his own). After about 3 days it was as if nothing was done, we called him to come back. He again didn't bring a ladder, sprayed again and told us if he has to come back a third time we'd have to pay again. The problem was never exterminated so why would we pay again? Also told me the peak of the house wasn't included in spraying as he couldn't reach with our ladder. Does that seem like the right reply here? The peak is where the problem is, and also BRING A LADDER. So now we have spent $300+ on nothing. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Should have his own ladder if you're in the pest control business, and not be demanding more payment when the problem was never fixed to begin with. Not happy at all. Waste of time and money.

Very happy with the service provided by accord. They came urgently as requested on the same day I called and took care of all of my concerns. Very thorough with inspection and respectful. Highly recommend!

I had some gaps and holes in my garage which went unnoticed for a very long time. By the time I was able to locate all the areas, my house was already infested with bugs. On reaching out to Accord Pest Control, Ashok was able to accommodate me within 2 days. He was very quick at replying back and spent enough time understanding all the issues. Excellent service on a Sunday. I discovered a mouse issue and gave Accord Pest Control a call. After comparing prices/services I decided to have them solve the problem for me as soon as possible.I am a senior woman living alone and I am so glad I made the choice to call Accord. The technician was very friendly and arrived within an hour of my call on a Sunday afternoon. As a retired Property Manager, I recognized their great service, good pricing and helpful attitude. Completely satisfied with the service!! We were able to get rid of ants and even some other pests with just one visit. Mr. Ashok provided a very valuable service with a great price! I had a bed bug problem and Ashok sprayed the house twice in 2 weeks and it totally worked! I'm bed bug free now. I would definitely recommend Accord pest control for any pest problem; specially bed bugs!

While working in the backyard, one of the contractor got stung by a few wasps not realizing they were coming close enough to a hidden nest under the deck. We contacted Ashok, he quickly responded and arrived within a couple hours and was able to effectively remove the nest before it could create bigger issues. Would highly recommend this pest control company. The inspector was very professional, kind, and accommodated for us very quickly. He took our concerns into consideration and made us feel very reassured and comfortable about the inspection. He did a thorough inspection of our apartment for any pests and then did a precautionary treatment as well.

I very much appreciated how fast Ash was able to make it to my place. Due to an issue with a sleep(mattress) company refusing to do return on a 2 month old mattress despite having a full warranty and return policy, I was told I needed to have the mattress inspected and treated. I called a few places before Accord Pest Control, that gave me a 3-7 day window and I explained I have a high anxiety child that is super clean and to have needed the bed treated, I needed the mattress done immediately as the bed would remain empty until it was done. Ash was able to make a special stop to help out after explaining my my issue. Thank you Ash for going above and beyond. Definitely a 5 star plus rating for the quick response and scheduling same day.
