Extremely unprofessional!!! Went to drop off an Android box for repair in August. Was told it will take 2-3 weeks to be repaired, that they would contact my reseller to let us know it was ready (they put a piece of tape on the box with his info and what was wrong).After several weeks, our reseller went in for another issue and inquired about our box, they told him they didn't know what he was talking about.My sibling called them back with dates of the box being dropped and the make and model, was told that it would be ready by Thursday before Thanksgiving. I went in on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, they couldn't locate my original box in the system or anywhere in the store.They gave me a new box same make and model, but they had originally taken my power supply also, then turned around and charged me $20 for the power supply that was in the package with the new box.Horrible experience and I'll never do business with this business again.

I went to purchase the box and get it programmed..guy goes we don’t program.they had like 10 tv”s with boxes running at the back..they do al the programming in the world.they only program boxes for ppl they know.but if you walk in they wont..bad service..typical desi customer service..guy wasn’t even interested to sell..never would go back..worse place and worse location..not a single customer at the store..they will be shutting down soon! I

Pay attention from this company!!!!, I got fooled by buying a mag from them. When you buy this product the delivery is so fast that you say wow" this company is efficient but it is not and I regret very much that I left a positive review on them

Service was fast & efficient. Received the box the very next day I ordered. My only criticism would be when I called, the person answered Hi". No company name

I had the privilege of finding this store located in Brampton. The customer service was amazing and I will be a returning customer. I would have given tango electronics more stars but 5 was the highest.

I have bought between 5-10 items from this place over the last 5 years (starting from when they were at another location). The folks are generally straight forward, prices are decent and owner is helpful.If you need something they sell, you should definitely call them to check.

The sales department requested a photo ID card to process my order for an IPTV box ! That sounded humiliating and didn't feel comfortable with this request! After that, I didn't get my ordered item on time, so I lost few days and the weekend, and I'm still awaiting the item to be delivered to my door. As it is the case with many cheap stores, you call sales and customer service, you don't get a response, rather, you are directed to the voicemail, Tango is not an exception. In short, if you have other options to order from, go for it and DONT fall for "Tango" poor customer service and humiliation for ID checks. Like seriously

Both guys working here are super nice. They always go out of their way to help customer. I'm glad I found Tango electronics. Pretty fair prices.

These guys are bunch of crooks. Etiquette" for them means NOTHING. they grab the customers when they activate the services but when the customer wants to go to other provider/business - they don't even entertain them. They think that they are "all that" but dealing with them is just terrible!"
