Sarana Tile

First time here, and was blown away by the amount of selections they have, unfortunately I know my pics are not the greatest, but will definitely update when I go back, the ladies at front counter were very helpful, friendly and great suggestions!

It was a pleasure to purchase our tile at Sarana. Giulio took the time to make us feel comfortable with our choices and was always available to answer any of our questions. We discovered a few broken tiles upon delivery that were all replaced no questions asked. I would highly recommend buying from Sarana and look forward to returning in the future.

We have recently bought at Sarana a complete set of tiles, glass mosaic, materials and supplies required for shower renovation. Everything in good quality and reasonable priced. Special thanks go to Giulio Greco for his recommendations, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile to make the customer happy, by keeping opened the store over hours to provide us with some extras. One of the best places to shop for tiles. Great selection and always up to date with the latest designs. Ask for Giulio or John. They are a class act and know everything about tiles. If you are in the market, they also have a huge warehouse of older tiles at super discounted prices.

Avoid this store. Not a good customer service at all. Should wait in the store long time. Finally they sold me the stone mosaic. At home I understood every single piece is damaged, I called to the store requesting to return it and buy something more expensive. The manager of the store Giulio was rude and told me that I'm not able to understand the nature of stone, what the stone is and that they sold me the good one. They dont want to take it back and exchanged for another tile I was told they can give me the same product , but find good pieces instead. Seriously? They sold me 24 pieces of travertine mosaic, this is almost 3 boxes and none of the piece were good. Would not recommend!Update - after I posted this review Giulio called me and said because I posted a negative review on Google no need to return to the store, they are not going to exchange my damaged stone mosaic. Unbelievable experience. These people selling damaged product in not open boxes, put stamp on receit final sale" and period. Finally I bought another mosaic from another place of much better price and quality not to mention customer service.They're plenty of other tile stores in the same area. Sarana tile is also not the cheap one."

I have used Sarana tile on many occasions for various projects over the year. I have always had a exceptional experience with all staff members. There have been times when there has been a mix up on large orders. Sally, John and Giulio in particular have always worked hard to resolve any issues.I strongly recommend this company.

I want to thank Sally for her hard work and unbelievable patience during my tile shopping for my bathroom facelift.She was open to hear my ideas and even complimented me on what I was trying to do. Very poor customer service experience with tiles sourced from here. Over 40% of tiles for a 350 sqft flooring job were received with various forms of damage (rust marks, lines and bubbles in the glaze finish, chips, cracks, finish discolouration). The company did replace the damaged tiles with ones they personally guaranteed to be good quality. But after installation, several of the good tiles were noticed to have damage too which the company failed to adequately cover the cost of removal and replacement. Overall bad experience.Feb. 22 re: your reply - Appreciate your response to my posting 3 weeks ago. Most of what you said is accurate and believe me, I will not forget one single thing of this whole frustrating experience. Every time I clean my tiles I find a new flaw that I hadn't noticed before so it's a constant reminder. These are installed tiles that I cannot afford to have removed. Yes, some compensation was provided but it was, in my opinion inadequate and does not cover my costs of replacing 5 tiles, nor would it cover the cost to replace all of the poor quality tiles that have been installed. Yes, your Rep did travel to my home, however his demeanour was insincere and his comments were lacking customer empathy. I would just like anyone reading this to know quality issues do happen, I understand that, however my experience with this company felt very insincere, inadequate and has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and bad tiles on my floor.
