I had a wonderful experience renting this electric bike. The two guys working in the shop on October 19, 2022 were absolute gentlemen. They let me try out a few bikes to see which one was best suited to me. They even installed an extra basket to carry my bags. I will definitely be renting from Black Diamond again.

Powerful and high quality bikes. At max power the hills of Banff's Bow Parkway had little resistance making the experience extremely fun, relaxing, and with the good service and support by the team, one of the highlights of our weeklong trip.

Came in right when they opened. Employee told us we can just book online instead of reserving the bikes for us. Needless to say 45 minutes later they didn't have bikes for us

Amazing service and very accommodating. I went to different bike stores to compare and I would say this was the best place in Banff. They had dog trailer as well and We enjoyed it!
