I am the worst person in the chair. I have very sensitive teeth and absolutely hate going to the dentist. Keep 28 is the best! Kerry is friendly and welcoming. Neal and Francis are fabulous dentists always taking the time to make sure I am super comfortable. I have been going to Keep 28 for over 20 years and even though I live an hour away from the office now , I make the trip to Newmarket because they are so fabulous and I could not imagine going anywhere else!!

Kerry at front desk made my experience so welcoming. She remembered to ask about my new job which I mentioned last time I was in. Booking an upcoming appointment was so easy with her help as well. I will never change dental office as long as Kerry and Neal are there!

Great service with a smile! Dr. Francis and Dr. Neil have been great along with their staff. I had a dental procedure done on a Friday and Dr. Francis followed up on the weekend and provided support even two weeks after when my tooth acted up while she was on vacation outside the country.
