In 2015 I was shocked, and embarrassed, to discover that an incident that occurred when I was a juvenile had been detected by US customs. I was given the contact for Federal Pardon Waiver Services from a friend at work. The customer service I received was outstanding! My representative at Federal Pardon & Waiver Services was Naz Khan and she expertly and professionally guided me through the process. I received my pardon and my waiver in a timely manner. My 5 year waiver has now expired and I have now engaged Federal Pardon and Waivers to re-apply for my second waiver. I am confident that Naz and her team will once again provide me with the expert service I have come to expect from her organization! Very grateful!

Read the fine print. They are unclear over the phone, don't ask any detailed questions when you give them vague details. They just guarantee you your money back and then when you are denied they just say sorry you didn't read the fine print!And they take your money and say that they went above and beyond for you.They claim to be legitimate because they did the work but won't give you your money back and say they cant honour your guarantee.The communication all around was horrible, I had to call and tell them a letter had arrived when it hadn't. When you call people they transfer you to anyone and then say that you wanted to speak to the manager. This is why people call the manager, not to get transferred to customer service.

I called Federal Pardons & Waivers to help a friend with the application process. I spoke with Vanessa.M. She was very professional, informative and cordial. She responded to any questions I had promptly and accurately. Vanessa is amazing! Her help made the process much easier for me. I would definitely recommend this company.

My personal experience with Federal Pardon Waiver Services was absolutely wonderful. I was fully informed on a regular basis with information, procedure and all my inquiries were answered in a very timely, professional manner. My case was handled extremely professional. All the processing stages were explained fully to me, in an easy to understand terminology. All my messages I left were answered in a very quick, timely manner as well. They made the process easy, and made me feel very confident within myself. Upon completion of a successful US Entry Waiver, I was gifted a very nice Thank You card by them as well. Much to my surprise, other colleagues within the department congratulated me on achieving my waiver and wished me “Safe Travel”. This was an awesome experience. Do not use this company they lead me to believe that i would be able to get into Canada and basically strung me along for almost a year i paid over 2000 dollars for them just to tell me that i have wait another 5 years. They misled me so bad now they won’t return any of calls or do anything for me at don’t use this service. They took 2000 from me when did absolutely nothing to help me now won’t answer my calls. Irina P. Is the Administrative Manager and won’t return my calls. I have called 3 days in a row with no return calls, paid them over 2000 dollars and can’t even get a call back

Hands down, the best decision I ever made was to use their service. They have everything prepared for you so you dont make mistakes and they were in communication with me the entire step of the way. I highly recommend them. Also, Muskan my representative, not only took my phone calls, she replied back via phone and email and helped me deal with some unique paperwork that helped to get my 2nd renewal approved even when I was out of the country. I cant thank her enough!

Buyer beware!!! This is the biggest SCAM I have ever fallen for. Initially spoke to these con artist December of 2022. Told me they could take care of my issue for the small fee of $2740.00 which I paid the first week of January. April this year, I receive a call stating I will have to pay additional $400.00 because Canada wants to do their own due diligence". Received a call today
