Amazing please great customer service.

Beautiful location on the shores of Lake Huron but unfortunately this marina has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. The person running the office is unbelievably rude and acts as if any simple request is outrageous - be warned, customer satisfaction is not a priority. This along with exorbitant docking fees and questionable facilities means you are better off looking elsewhere.

Worst trailer park in Huron county. Has next to no amenities and the privacy is far below the standard you would expect for the cost. Gate is either left open all week or doesn’t work, never answers their phone and wouldn’t have a solution to your problems even if they did, consistently wastes money on stupid projects that do not provide to anyone in the trailer park. overall garbage place to stay with your family, if you want to have some fun and play some games provided by the place you’re staying or even a heated/covered pool. This place has none of the above. Even the play sets are outdated and will soon be more of a hazard then a fun time.

Amazing staff. Very helpful. Nice slips with clean water on the docks. They can even haul your boat out. Lots of bottom paint and oil etc in the office for sale. They even have a pool for guests! Loved it here.

If you can keep your boat anywhere else along the Huron shoreline, you will be better off. Very disorganized, unable to meet deadlines and quick with excuses. Unable to provide launch services for a boat stored on dry land at the marina due to antiquated, broken down equipment.

Great marina, friendly staff, beautiful location. For people with slips or transients, clean bathrooms, wifi, pool, good depths, and travel lift.

We recently had to dock there as we traveled bringing our friends new to them boat home to lake erie. We called marinas on the route and asked about staying if we needed to. Tobermory little tub marina was excellent first stop. She stayed open for us and gave us hydro slip and wifi. Day 2 was not so or easy. Maitland marina we were greeted by a rude gas attendant. Charged more than pump was marked and threatened to be wrote up. He demanded us to get off so we had no time to turn off generator and when he yelled what's running on this automobile. I'm writing you up! He threw things and stormed away. He needs to rethink what he does he is not good with customers.

Not the most beautiful marina but the staff are great and it is a short walk into the beautiful town of Goderich. Also, the channel into the marina is quite tricky in a NW blow ... lots of waves to deal with, but just follow the markers into the channel.

It is a deep marina but the channels are a little tight. Bath/shower rooms are extremely clean. Pool is quite a walk, but it is clean and there are bathrooms and showers there also. Lots of grassy area with picnic tables. Take a shuttle into town or walk up the wooden steps about 3 stories through the woods. Gas, pumpout and ships store are available.
