I'd been a happy customer of theirs for 7 years. And then this year happened. They used to do a run in the morning so people could get their cars out and then another run after the storm. Now I'm lucky if they come do a first run before 2 pm, and when come back late in the evening to do the whole driveway they leave a few inches of snow and often a snow pile in the middle. I've had to message them to make sure they come by every single storm, had to have them come back a few times for the snow they leave behind, and overall I've lost trust in this company. Their texting system barely works, when I do get a text alert it's after they've come by. I'm definitely switching companies for next year, this was complete clownery.

They have never showed up to our premises, even 24hrs after the snow fall so we had to shovel the snow ourselves. Some of our neighbors use their service as well and i can see the one driveway still has snow on the ground*update (2/03/2023) still believe they offer the worst service ever, we have pretty much gone through winter workout them showing up once

I have been using this company for YEARS! I always had amazing service. During a snow day they came almost every two hours, it was so convenient and helpful with my bad back.This season, it’s a different story. I had to contact the company every time there was a snow fall. The plow would forget my driveway constantly even though the yellow signs are evident. I have had to shovel my own entrance 90% of the time this year or ask for help because I got stuck trying to enter/leave my driveway.Meanwhile, my neighbour is using a different company and I can see them open their driveway multiple times a day during a snow fall… with envy.So here’s my public service announcement, save your money and hire a better company... because this one has sadly gone down the drain.

This year the service has been horrible. They were great in the past. Even got a text from their service that a tractor was coming. Moved all the vehicles out of the driveway and they never showed up. I do not recommend this company and I will be finding service else where next year.

Can't call them, can't count on them, may as well do it yourself -- even if you're 70 years old.My contracted this service. They don't show up until its MUCH more than 5cm. First big snow of the year they showed up at 3pm and did only one half of the driveway, didn't take care of the plug, then came back 2 days later to finish the job... Today is the third big snow, it's almost 2pm and they still haven't been.Don't believe them when they promise better service than last year. Techni-Snow you're 1 for 3 this year; my Dad chased down the tractor on the second snow, else you'd be 0 for 3. We don't understand your business model, if you're not prioritizing residential service, stop catering to residents.

So after my original review of 1 star, I would like to correct and say that my drive has been cleared everytime and sometimes despite me forgetting to keep it clear (bins in the way) . Thank you. ( This was last year )So after the first year, I gave the company a benefit of doubt due to the above.Come second year they are back to square zero. Today was a test of my patience. Total 3 times they have not turned up this year. Today I have been waiting patiently for them to turn up but they just don't. As the temperature was to go to -2 perhaps waiting for it to melt and just not bother.Mind you every other company on the street turned up and everywhere where it has the lovely Techni Snow contract, they look like these pics.Also, if they do turn up, they do half the job. Money paid is literally down the drain. Why should customer chase you or call you.This is just daylight robbery. Absolute farcical of a company and such joker bunch of drivers.Do yrself a favour, save your money and do not engage with Techni Snow. End of

Snow over night and lunch time the following day our driveway was still blocked with snow. We go out for dinner, the plow comes by and we can't access our drive when we get back at 10pm. Terrible service for the money paid, I want my money back. Please do not use this 'service' as its a complete waste of money. They simply don't clear the drive way as advertised, you will be disappointed with the lack of service, no one picks up the phone when calling to complain..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. ITS A SCAM.

If I could give zero stars I would. THEY DON’T SHOW UP!!!! All the other snow removal companies showed up like 3 times for the neighbourhood this company does not show up! Their website boasts about a 24\7 and 7 days a week service in stormy conditions, so we called and the message says that they are all tired because of all of the snow and need to rest and that the customers, who are now paying for a non existent service, should get up early in the morning and put their cars in the streets by 8AM. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!At this point, I don’t even know of this is a real company…!!!!!

Although I am not a customer of this company, I have been affected by their services. Unfortunately, their snow plow trucks have been leaving a mess on my driveway. They ride over the snow piles and crush them down, leaving a blockage that I have to clear myself.One day, I saw the snow plow truck doing this in front of my house, so I went out to speak to the driver about it. However, he did not even listen to my concerns and suggested that I contact the company instead.This experience has left me disappointed with the company's services. As a non-customer, I believe that the company should still take responsibility for their actions and consider the impact they have on the surrounding community.

I've been with Techni Snow for many years, and the service has consistently worsened from year to year. This year they have never done a first pass in the morning before I've had to leave for work, and typically they've only done one pass sometime in the evening. I have had to shovel my driveway multiple times myself, including after the city plow comes. I can never get a hold of anyone either. Their new texting service is not useful at all either. A few neighbors have Weeping Willow so I'll be switching to them next year...I notice their driveways are always done whenever I walk my dog in the morning, afternoon or evening. I think Techni Snow got to greedy taking on too many commercial contracts and large residences that they can't manage their normal" clients anymore. I'm angered
