Shadowbrook Kennels

Michelle (the owner) is awesome. She somehow remembers all the dogs and their needs. For example, our crazy mutt... She knows he gets anxious at kennels (we've tried a few) so she's always trying/recommending new things to calm him down. Prices are very reasonable, the facilities are clean, and Michelle is always very accommodating. We're grateful to have Shadowbrook close by!

Excellent Staff! I was going on vacation and needed someone to watch my dog, a 10 Year Old Husky named Kiera! I was very unsure of where to leave her and I took a chance with someone without much reviews on the internet or information on them. I made the best decision i possibly could have. Shadowbrook Kennels is located out in the country in beautiful farmlands. They also have a couple of sheep and llama if i recall (Kiera had the most confused stare down with a llama). The kennels are extremely well taken care of and so are the dogs. A big plus this place has is that the dogs have their own personal space inside with air conditioning that has a backyard" which is only accessible by a door which can only be opened with a very intriguing rope system. The place is well worth the price! I was amazed with the Kennel

Leaving our dog and cat at Shadowbrook was an excellent experience. We were debating a few different kennels in the area, as we live in Toronto but were heading into the US for a bit of a roadtrip. To be honest, Shadowbrook was my number 2 choice, solely because it didn't have as many reviews as some of the other kennels. I'm quite glad the other kennel I tried was full, as our pets were very well taken care of. Every interaction with the staff, both on the phone when booking and during pickup / drop off, was professional and left me feeling good about our choice. Our dog is highly reactive to other dogs, but the staff handled her very well. To top it all off, the rates were very reasonable! I will be using Shadwbrook again, even if we're not heading into the US, and highly recommend them.

Very clean, well thought out kennel to keep your dog safe. They have features I haven't seen at other kennels such as automatic sun shade blinds and a generator for power should the hydro go off to name a couple. The staff are very professional and friendly. We will be using this kennel the next time we go on vacation.

My dogs had their first visit to Shadowbrook kennels this weekend. I have to say a BIG thank you to Michelle the owner for taking such great care of my two dogs! Michelle is very calm patient and very experienced with animals, I highly recommend her kennel if your looking for a place for your animals to stay while your away! I am already booked my two dogs into the kennel again for next month!

Shadowbrook is a wonderful kennel! My one year old dobberman actually gets excited when I drop him off here! The staff are friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about dogs/animals!

Michele keeps her kennel extremely clean. The dogs are well loved and cared for. She is very careful about who works for her and that they feel the same way about her business and her dogs. If your looking for a place for your fur baby to stay while your away Shadowbrook comes highly recommended by me.

Excellent service and very polite staff. This company is very reliable and Michelle is extremely knowledgeable. Pricing is very fair, very clean kennels for all the dogs, surveillance cameras all over the place, very safe and secure. We will definitely recommend in the future. A+++++

I have been bringing the furry members of my family to Shadowbrook for over 20 years while my husband and I went on vacation. We recently added a puppy to our family and when I was staying in the area she went to Shadowbrook for doggy day care because I knew that Michele would find her an age and temperament appropriate buddy. And she did. Charlie was happy and came back tuckered out from her day of fun. I highly recommend Shadowbrook Kennels.
