Parisa was sooo helpful, I been trying to print some photos in 3 different Walmarts and it wasn't possible, but Parisa help us alot so we finally get the pictures.

Instead of standing around talking to each other, staff needs to pay attention to the customers who are queued up waiting for assistance.

Even the photo centre is open and on website the timing says 11 pm clearly, the staff and manager denied the service. Totally unfair as we travelled 25 kms just to get this. Never again shopping here. Manager name- minahil

Went here for passport photos. The staff present did not know what to do or when someone would be available. Would not recommend coming here

Dropped by to print a few phone pictures and tried the products they have. The paper quality was very average and quality and colours completely off. The person in charge took 20 minutes to come back from what I could see from the distance helping other clients in the multimedia department. Ended up paying quite a $ sum for 5 photos.

There is no easy pick up for you. Either they make you come back three times or you wait for two hours for your order to pickup. There is no easy way!!!

Ordered some prints to pickup at the Richmond Hill shop. Get a message it's been delayed. check tracking, it's at the Vaughn location. wait, call....3 weeks later still at the Vaughn location. no one knows where it is. Finally get a refund. Reorder prints somewhere else, and picked up next day.
