Excellent job on replacing my back door, pumper and repainting the same beautiful red colour. I was given a brand new Nissan loaner car for a few weeks while my car was being fixed. The management team went above and beyond in customer service and professionalism. Thank you ☺️

Brain Borsoff had my mechanic pull my engine and transmission so he could do work. we spoke at length about the project and I came away from that meeting with the impression that he was a straight shooter. then he did a complete 180 backed out AFTER the engine and transmission were out. then threw a temper tantrum swore at me and hung up the phone when i attempted to find a solution. and to ask why he was acting this way. he does not wish to get his hands dirty and its time for this guy to head out to pasture. do not believe the websites local hero bull

Got a scratch on my M3 while backing up in to our garage. Thought I’ll have to pay around 1k to got this fixed. So brought my car to this body shop, and Brian was able to just wipe them off, free of charge of course. Definitely recommend this shop for their help and honesty :)

Brian was incredibly friendly as well as his pup Remeley made the visits to the shop very enjoyable. He was able to get my car in very quickly and have the damages repaired within 24 hours as they were just cosmetic scratches and a small dent. Would definitely return for any future needs as well as recommend to friends!

My car was hit while parked by someone who did not leave their details. It was so frustrating. But Burnaby Auto body was fantastic at getting it sorted. They were quick, efficient, professional, reliable, and most importantly kind, and compassionate.Their boss Mr. Brian is such a terrific person. I was most impressed to see how much he impacts social good and our community through his work.
