STAY AWAY!! Horrible service. I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered 14 piece chicken family meal. 4 pieces mild 10 spicy. Got home after a 30 min drive, I then find out that the 4 piece mild chicken was missing. Phoned back and the worker apologized and offer to make a note of it and said I can go back the next day to pick the rest up. Went back the next day and the manager tells me the worker can't make that call. Utterly unacceptable treatment of customer for 4 pieces of chicken. They just permanently lost a long time customer. If the HQ is monitoring how this franchise location is destroying the image of the brand, they should do something about it. Made a complaint to the HQ, that is pretty useless as well. The complaint goes into a dark hole and nothing happens.

2nd time I have gone in at 5:45ish and they had minimal chicken available. It would be a 20 minute wait for any spicy chicken. 5:45 is dinner time, they should have had some available.

Chicken very crispy, there’s no oil residue in the box after attacking and eating the chicken and it feels great! The salad is very tasty and fresh as if it was just harvested! the fries are very well seasoned! Sandwiches were well spiced! Buns OMG ktir taybin :)! So we ate and at the end we left Popeyes with happy and bigger tommies:)

Love their batter. So crisp and clean feeling (despite the fact that its still fried chicken) Coming from MTL theres no Popeyes so for me it always a treat. Food was great. Had a better experience with their biscuits than other Popeyes. Fries were great as well! We have a tender order and a 3pc. Was all around juicy and “tender” with a nice crisp skin. Place felt clean. Was missing toilet paper in the one washroom that wasnt “out of service”. Other than that I didnt seem to have received as bad of a service as other reviewers experienced. Maybe I got lucky.

Employees need retraining. I ordered the daily special and waited for it. After 15mins it was still not ready and people who ordered after me got their orders before mine so I asked what was the status of my of order. To my surprise, I was told to stop arguing with them when in fact I was just looking for an update on my order. Instead of being apologetic or telling me it was going to be ready in x minutes I got a rude response from the crew. I told the employee that she shouldnt be talking to the customers like that. It could have been handled better. I eventually got my order and left.

Had an order of ghost pepper wings and chicken nuggets. The wings took so long. About 5 to 6 orders after me and got theirs and left. The girl behind the counter finally told me it would be a few more minutes about 1 minute before she gave me my order. She could have mentioned at the beginning it would be longer to get. They were a little dry( overcooked) and had small spice bite. Was expecting hotter

I am not local, but am in the area a couple times a month. My young son actually is the big Popeye's fan & he either comes with me or I bring it home, about an hour away. We have been to this location 3 times now.Our first time, was absolutely fantastic, from staff to the food. While we waited a dew minutes to be served, staff greeted us promptly, & told ust they'd be right with us. No complaints on this day, in fact we knew we would return.The second time was just to purchase a gift card, there were a few tables & a couple other customers in the lobby, but no staff in sight at the front. I waited quite a long time for someone to come out from the back, only to find out that they don't have gift cards! What? Disappointing for sure but not an absolute dealbreaker, however maybe something to consider in 2023. If it hadn't of been for my enquiring about a gift & I was there for food, I would have walked out while waiting to be helped.The third time, & my last to this Popeye's was today. I attended this location today around 2pm. I went inside & waited close to 5 minutes, in an empty lobby. I didn't yell for anyone (a customer shouldn't have to), but I wasn't quiet, my keys were jingling in my hand & their heavy doors make noise. I did not even see let alone get to speak to one single employee, although you could slightly hear them chatting in the back somewhere. Alone, in the lobby, not one single employee aware that a person was in their store. Not one peeked out or took a quick walk out to check on things while I stood there. If they remain this unaware & unconcerned they could (scarily) find themseleves in a dangerous situation one day with the wrong kind of person. I ended up walking out & going somewhere else. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise. The restaurant was empty (seemingly so for a while - no messes, dirty tables or indication anyone was in recently, nor were the employees acting like they had been busy or had work to do) so I surely would have been given my order out of the abundance of food sitting under the warmers & steam tables (who knows how long it had been there).I sat in the parking lot while my food was being prepared at the other restaurant & before setting out on my drive home for around 30 more minutes. The only person that stepped foot inside the restaurant was a man who appeared to live a transient lifestyle, walked in & back out within a minute, with a lid-less cup, drinking out of it.If you do decide to go here during what appears to be a slow time of day, heed this warning...I know they served no one in about a 35 min window & the food had been sitting there waiting for customers already when I was in 30 min prior.I did notice that when a customer uses the door to enter or leave the restaurant that there is no chime or bell to indicate to the staff that there is someone in the lobby. Having said that, staff made no visual check nor did they walk out to check on their front end. Maybe something else to consider..We will absolutely visit the other location within the city, we have before and it was excellent but we will not be back to this specific location which is disappointing for us, it's right near what we need to come to the city for but allbeit it just one customer, this location has lost out on income & will get no more from us.This location is not representative of Popeye's as whole but it certainly reflects poorly on the franchise & this location will turn customers off the brand. 2 stars for the one time it was fantastic but after the experiences that came after, we will go elsewhere or the other location.

they didn’t have any daily specials, there was almost no meat in wings, couldn’t even use offers on Popeyes app. Expensive place to eat. 20$ for a sandwich and 5 wings is horrible
